This is in the heart of the Columbia River Gorge, with nearby hiking, biking, watersports, boat ramp, & ski areas. Enjoy the numerous wineries and local microbrews in the area.

Take it easy at this unique getaway. This studio apartment is ideal for a getaway to the Columbia River Gorge- hiking, biking, wine tasting, fishing the Columbia or Klickitat Rivers, hunting or extended stay for local contractors. Located on 35 acres in the rural community of High Prairie, the owners are part of the region's ranching tradition and sustainable farming practices. The property includes a walking trail, 8 hole frisbee golf, farm animals, farm fresh eggs, and ranch raised beef.

Nearby to COR Cellars and Syncline, the Klickitat Trail along the Klickitat River is great for hiking and gravel biking, and of course - the Columbia for wind surfing and kite boarding. We welcome you to enjoy our newly built peaceful home overlooking the Columbia Gorge. The patio provides a beautiful daytime view of the Columbia Gorge and mountains as well as a twinkling nighttime view of the city. This slice of heaven is located in The Gorge near restaurants, breweries, hiking, fishing, rafting, and kiteboarding. 5 minutes to everything in town. All one level with easy access to showers. Please note that there is a steep driveway to get to our street.

Kick back and relax in this quiet retreat! After a day of kiting, biking, hiking, fishing, skiing, shopping and wine tasting you'll be ready to relax, grill some dinner, and hang by the fire pit. My house is cozy and stylish and the perfect place to chill while enjoying your gorge vacation. Bonus: you can see the Lyle sandbar from the yard and walk to it when you're ready to get on the water! Just 15 minutes to White Salmon and Hood River, and 20 minutes to The Dalles.

Cabin 43 is a new home we built ourselves located right on the wild and scenic White Salmon river. We finished this project (June, 2020) and are excited to share this beautiful place with guests. It features a King bed in 1 room and 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom which can be pushed together to make a 2nd king bed. We live in a cluster of 8 other cabins down gravel road in a very serene forest setting with a large field out front and private river side walking trails.
