Спасибо, наш отдых прошел хорошо. Вилла выглядит так как на фото, не новая мебель, но все неплохое. Удобные три спальни и гостиная, отличный бассейн, новое белье и полотенца, на кухне есть все необходимое. Если нам чего то не хватало, то хозяин по нашей просьбе все доставил. Приятно было получить к новому году корзину с фруктами и конфеты детям. Нет фена и кофеварки, так что лучше захватить и учитывать это, если выберете эту виллу. Удобнее иметь машину, чтобы достать все хорошие места. На территории есть спорт зал, территория живописная. Поправилось, что на территории комплекса есть кафе, вкусные завтраки и обеды, можно заказать еду в номер. До пляжа и ближайших магазинов пешком 15 минут. Рекомендую.

My friends and I stayed during the week of Songkran and this place was walkable to lots of fun events and restaurants such as the night markets. The place was very comfortable and clean and the cafe was very convenient to get coffee and breakfast in the morning. I highly recommend this place and will be visiting again!

Der Aufenthalt bei den beiden war unbeschreiblich schön! Die zwei Hosts sind super süß und unglaublich nett! 😊 Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen und gleichzeitig super ruhig. Der Pool ist sehr erfrischend und wird immer gereinigt. Zimmer verfügt über eine Klimaanlage und es war super sauber. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen! Klare Empfehlung!

Das Apartment ist großzügig und stilvoll Thailändisch gestaltet, sehr angenehm. In der Küche findet sich das Notwendigste an Geschirr, auch eine Mikrowelle und ein großer Kühlschrank. Sehr angenehm sind die verschiedenen Möglichkeiten, für Kühlung und Frischluft zu sorgen (Klimaanlage, Ventilatoren, Ventlatorentlüftung). Die Lage in einer ruhigen Ecke der Altstadt hat uns auch sehr gefallen.

Spacious place in town center. Near everything you need in daily. Nuwat is mindful and responsive to any need. Definitely come again

We loved our stay at Baansuwanburi. It’s so lush, private, and extremely well run.The breakfast was excellent, the pool squeaky clean, the bed super comfortable. Additionally, you’ll never find a better host than Mei Mei. She is so warm , smart and accommodating that I felt like home. I’ve been traveling extensively for the last 13 years and can tell you that you will love it !!!

Super Unterkunft! Die Unterkunft ist genauso wie in der Beschreibung und den Fotos! Ich würde die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder mieten. Vladislavs ist immer gut erreichbar und kümmert sich direkt um Anliegen oder beantwortet Fragen.

I was so elated to find this place at the very last minute of my Bangkok trip! It’s perfectly located just a minute’s walk from Phrom Phong BTS station, which made getting around the city super convenient. The room was clean, cozy, and exactly what I needed. Overall, my stay was truly enjoyable, and I’d definitely come back if I visit Bangkok again!

Loved our stay here! It was the peaceful nature escape we were craving for New Years Eve. The breakfast included was such a nice touch! Philip and his wife Air were such lovely hosts, so friendly and always happy to answer questions or provide suggestions for where to go in the area! We will be coming back!

even if the furniture is old, the room is charming and cozy with all the plants and a great view. stuff was very friendly, housekeeping is coming every day.

We loved our stay. The little house had everything we needed. The kitchen is super small and simple, but it works and we could cook our own meals. The place is in nature and most of the time the only thing you'll hear is the birds and crickets. It was so calm and lovely. There is one other small house on the terrain with a couple of beds, so the number of people there is always small. Montien is very kind and helpful. We had rented a scooter so we could get a round on the island.

Notre séjour s’est parfaitement bien passé, la chambre était nickel et conforme à la description. L’hôte répond très vite. Des bouteilles d’eau nous ont été données chaque jour et il y avait du shampooing et gel douche dans la salle de bain commune. Parfait

El lugar muy bonito, limpio y muy amable la host ya que me equivoqué de fecha y sin ninguna pega me la cambio. Súper recomendado además la ubicación es perfecta si te gusta recorrer los markets de Chiang Mai

ห้องสะอาด มีไมโครเวฟ จาน ชามช้อน พร้อม มีเตียงนอนสำหรับ 2 คน โซฟาใหญ่ มีที่นอนเสริม สำหรับ2คนเพิ่ม มีเก้าอี้โยกไม้ ผ้าห่มนุ่มสบาย แอร์เย็นช้า แต่พอเย็นแล้วก็เย็นมากๆ ห้องอยู่ห้องมุม มีหน้าต่างและระเบียงทำให้ไม่อึดอัด ห้องน้ำกว้าง มีส่วนเปียกส่วนแห้ง มีอ่างอาบน้ำด้วย ส่วนตัวคือชอบดีทุกอย่าง แต่เหมาะสำหรับคนมีรถค่ะ

Very nice to stay here.. near to surasak bts. The room is clean and like home. But this area so many mosquito, everyday use mosquito spray and mosquito quilt. Thank you for this accommodation.

The building is quiet, elegant and I would say, one of the best on Soi 24 from an architectural standpoint. I stayed in the host's flat - 5 weeks in all, in January and March. For those desiring a location right in the thick of things in Sukhumvit, this is the place to be. It is more on the upscale side of the area, albeit busy and lively. It is within 10 minutes walking distance from the BTS Skytrain station, Phrom Phong, which gives access to the rest of Bangkok and MRT stations for very reasonable prices. If you are more daring, you can grab a nearby motorcycle taxi stand. Elegant shopping malls abound as well and many within walking distance too. The host is very responsive to messages and to address any problems. For instance, I somehow lost my key one day. The host contacted the bldg staff and within 10 minutes, I was back in the flat. A new key was delivered the following morning by his caretaker. All in all, a five star review is well deserved.

Très joli gest house en périphérie de Chiang Mai, on est pas en pleine campagne mais pas vraiment besoin de sortir car le jardin est très grand et très confortable. Nous avons séjourné avec notre bébé de 1 an et étions très content de pouvoir cuisiner sur place. Seul bémol, il y a assez peu d’eau chaude, mais c’est un logement que nous recommandons chaudement !

Très beau logement, propre, fonctionnel, décoré avec goût et dans un environnement paisible. Hôte adorable, accueillante, disponible. Je recommande fortement ce logement.
