A retreat away from the busy Pattaya City. Spacious , nice swimming pool, Greatest 3 bathroom + 1 rest room!!!!. The area is very safe and quiet. 3 mins walk to the private beach. Our family of 6 really enjoy the stay. Lots of great restaurants and cafe around. Sattahip, Ban Aumpher and Bangsarae district, a low-key low-touristy dirstrict, just 1p-20 mins aways.

10/10 stay. Will be back for sure!

Kevin was an incredible host and super responsive from the moment we booked to the moment we checked out. He is always on hand to help. The property is stunning and looks better than the pictures. You have direct access to the beach and given the shallow waves its very family friendly. If you want a peaceful getaway away and something different to the hustle and bustle then this is the place for you! we would love to come back again in the future !

We had a lovely stay at the villa which was very private and quiet. The location of the property close to the airport, beach, local restaurants and shops made the stay easy. The kitchen is well equipped, the pool is a good size giving the option for a shady or sunny spot and the air conditioning was a welcome treat. The local manager was really helpful, coordinating car hire, in villa spa treatments, restaurant recommendations and the like. The photos are accurate and would certainly recommend this property.

We stayed for 10 days in the Seabreeze villa and we had a really good time! Especially our Host Jennifer did a great job. Very responsive, friendly and helpful with all issues (e.g. transport from Krabi and to Phuket, good Restaurants etc.). With a rented motorbike (250-300 baht) it’s only a few minutes to all the nice beaches and restaurants at the west coast. But you will also find very good restaurants (Pinta!) in Lanta Old Town, few minutes walking distance from the villa. The villa itself is very spacious and comfortable. And the view from the infinity pool is great. Beside low tide, because than you see a lot of mud. But thats the nature…

There are not enough words to describe how truly perfect the nature home is! it's even more amazing than the photos, the location is perfect, walking distance to all you need. We really enjoyed the Crazy Horse bar just 10 mins walk away. Aranya was by far the best host we have ever met. lovely lady who made the most delicious food for us to enjoy by the pool. Organised trips and travel for us. We didn't want to leave and really hope we get to come back! We had a 2 year old with us and the space was perfect with our own pool and plenty of room. Thank you Aranya for making our trip so beautiful ❤️

Alain is a responsive and attentive host, Liad was available and welcoming. House in a great location, passable and pleasant for enjoying the island. I recommend this house.

This was, without a doubt, the most incredible place we stayed during our entire time in Thailand, we were only booked in for 3 nights but had to extend an extra two because we fell in-love with it . From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with open arms by the lovely Pam- an absolute gem of a host The location is a dream, just steps from the beach with magical sunsets every evening and amazing local restaurants nearby. The accommodation itself is beautiful, spotless, and filled with thoughtful touches that show how much love Pam puts into every guest’s experience. Pam, thank you for everything. You made our trip so special, and we’re already dreaming of the day we can come back. Your hospitality is unmatched, and we’re so grateful we found this little paradise.

Last week we stayed at this amazing property, and I have to say the experience was just great! The property was clean and tidy, with all the treats you need to feel at home. The host was courteous and kind, and was available for any question or request we had. The location was excellent - close to major attractions, good restaurants and recreational areas. We loved the option to travel in the area without the need for long trips. The design of the property was unique and inviting, with small details that made us feel special. We especially loved the charming balcony and enjoyed magical sunsets and wonderful morning walks by the sea. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a pleasant, clean place with a family atmosphere. We will definitely come back again!

What a wonderful location, we loved it. We had a great time at David‘s place. And the best was Kob, what a lovely person. She fulfilled every wish and was so nice to the whole family. We almost took her with us to Germany. Thank you for the paradise!

I cannot say enough about this wonderful home. First, the local management company was super responsive and always the friendliest attitude. The house is magnificent. Very functional kitchen, living area was roomy and with very comfortable sofas. Large refrigerator, easy stove to work and all of the pots, pans, utensils and service ware you will need. I did not use the outside BBQ but I did look it over and it is also, top notch quality. The rooms are very roomy, bathrooms spacious, lots of hot water and very good water pressure. The property has a very private feel. The beach is walkable at low tide and floating in the infinity pool gives you the feeling of being in the bay. There is plenty of towels and linens. We stayed for 17 days and was very sad to leave.

We Absoutley loved this place. It is tucked away from the main road and is sooo peaceful. Yet so much on the door step including Lamai beach being right outside the villa. It is a gorgeous home & the luxury of having your own pool for the price you pay is something I have not yet found in Koh Samui. The staff were lovely & showed us everything. The room was so clean & we were so impressed. This is a must book if you’re in the area and looking for an amazing deal!!

Alexis was great in answering all my questions and organising our transport back to Bangkok. The house on the beach was perfect! Quiet and safe. Mrs Noi and her husband took extreme care of us. They were here when needed and gave us privacy to be alone. We spent 4 nights here. Enough to get completely relaxed. I only went to the local market one day otherwise we just spent time swimming, canoeing, walking and eating good food prepared by Noi. Dinners were at the local Thai restaurant. Delicious. The house old dogs and cats made this place a home away from home. For us the bed was a bit too hard but we put some cushions on it and it was fine. Netflix was a bonus for our nights. Noi organised a great massage with Madame M. Absolutely 10/10. Highly recommended if you want to be in a very peaceful part of Thailand.

If you’re looking for a different kind of experience, this is the place to come. The villa is surrounded by lush greenery and forest at the back, while the front opens up to a stunning sea view. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered. Having someone kind prepare your breakfast in the morning to them doing it all quietly without disturbing you was amazing While I went to the gym, my room was cleaned and our daily needs were always taken care of. We didn’t have to go to the market even once. You don’t even notice the presence of security or staff, everything runs so smoothly. Just 400 meters down the road, there’s a Muay Thai and fitness gym. After training, jumping into the pool or spending time in the ice bath was the perfect way to unwind. Everything was so well thought out, thank you so much. I had an amazing time.

We had a great time at this Airbnb. We loved it so much that we booked an extra night! It’s paradise on the beach, would recommend if you’re looking for some time away in a peaceful area. The host was lovely and responsive! Ps: there’s ‘Linda beach club’ right next to it hosted by a lovely local man.

I just stayed in and looked at the beach…. So gorgeous. House was not cluttered which I liked very much. Quiet area.

Beautiful view, villa with everything your heart desires, superbly equipped. Super clean. Even international TV available. Highly recommended for anyone looking for peace. Hostess is great. It was really important to her that we were comfortable. Lots of support and insider tips for all matters. We will be back!

The host is extremely nice and helpful, makes you feel right at home. Always making sure you are alright, gave me a ride to the convenience store to stock up on drinks and snacks. Let me know of restaurants in the area, even offered to give me a ride and bring me back when I had a work related issue, put in contact with a taxi service from Krabi Airport to her location. She went beyond her responsibilities as a host. The place is really pleasant, exactly what I was looking for, a quiet and somewhat secluded place. Honestly, I didn't want to leave so soon, but had engagements I couldn't postpone. I will definitely be coming back here on my next trip to Thailand. I found my to go place when looking to relax!

We had a fantastic stay at Christian’s place! We were welcomed on arrival and shown around the places - the views were nothing short of beautiful and a really great location! The space was as described and lovely and modern! Would definitely recommend a stay here without a doubt. A few things to note: -Fisherman’s village had a bustling night market I believe on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays evenings. The fire show is on daily and can be seen from the Airbnb, deffo recommend a stroll to watch it - we were wary of local taxi companies ripping us off compared to Bolt app but actually some of the taxis that we got that (red pick ups) can be cheaper if you have a large group like we did - On the walk to fisherman’s village via the beach there were 2 dogs (these looked like pets as had collars on) that were incredibly vicious and protective even on the second occasion we tried to walk and kept close to the shore. Nothing to do with the Airbnb just a heads up if you walk via the beach
