Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Tezoyuca

Hello everyone! Our experience was fantastic (!) The place is located in a very nice, quiet and safe condominium, its location is excellent since only 5 min. by car you can reach the supermarket to buy your food for that barbecue. The house is totally true to the photos you see, quite spacious and with everything you need to feel comfortable, plus it is clean and tidy. So, when you open the door you will enjoy a comforting view since the pool is quite nice and has very good maintenance, although it does not have a boiler that is not a problem since during our stay it was not necessary because the heat was at an ideal temperature. Finally, to say that the internet worked wonderfully, they have access to streaming platforms and the host's attention was wonderful, always attentive and receptive. An excellent option for your vacation. No more, a greeting and a safe trip.

Highly recommended accommodation!! Rebeca is always attentive and responds promptly with instant solutions. The house is very clean, tidy, with a great energy! The water temperature in the pool is excellent, clean and well maintained. The spectacular gardens, I think the house is much nicer than what you see in the photos, a great view. The house is very nice, just like the photos, everything is very clean. It has all the cookware. You sleep very comfortably, you don't hear any noise despite being on a small avenue. The pool is a good size for the house and very nice. Mr. Felipe is very formal. The taxi had a hard time finding the address, the street where it is located is narrow but it is in downtown Cuernavaca. Thanks to Mrs. Marcela for her excellent attention and always attentive to everything, thank you very much. We plan to return.

We had a great time, Mr. Francisco was very attentive and always available. Clean and pleasant facilities. The furniture is a bit worn from regular use but it's functional. We'd definitely come back.

The house is very nice. For the space there is, it is highly valued that they accept pets, during my stay in May the pool water was at an excellent temperature. The fact that there is air conditioning in the house is very useful and allows us to be very comfortable. I would definitely go there again🥰.

Everything is very accessible and comfortable

The property is wonderful. Very spacious, clean and well preserved. True to the pictures. It has everything you could need. Its located within a private cluster and its super safe, clean and family oriented. We went with our two dogs and baby and had a great time. We would love to return. People were friendly and had a fantastic time overall. My only comment would be we didn’t know there is a nearby area where they do sugar cane burning, and the ashes resulting from the burn can cover the area of the property. on our first day the ashes really covered everything. We couldn’t go outside, specially because we had a small baby. Francisco was super helpful and sent someone to clean the balcony, outdoor jacuzzi and terrace the next day. Cleaning crew cleaned the public pool the next day but the grass still had ashes (they are hard to clean). This only affected us for half a day though and as the host went out of his way to help - so our stay was extremely positive. Thank you so much julio!

The stay at Jackie's place was excellent. It has air conditioning in each room worth it during the hot nights. The house is right in front of the pool and makes it very convenient to enjoy the cluster environment. The proximity to the village of Tezoyuca and quick access to the highway is very convenient. The person who gave us the house was very friendly and quick, in answering our doubts and needs. We would be happy to come back to rent this unit with Jackie. It should be clarified that we were eight nights in the place and everything was excellent. Thank you for all Jackie.

Excellent service from Hipólito and Francisco, a great place to enjoy and rest

We thought the house was excellent for many reasons: the rooms are in separate spaces which allows for more privacy; the pool and gardens are very nice, despite being in the center of town; the service of the lady who helps with the cleaning was excellent and we also hired her to cook and she did it very well. We would definitely come back.

An excellent place for a great weekend. The area is too quiet and safe. We had a problem with the solar panels that prevented us from having hot water in the jacuzzi, but it was caused by the strong winds of the day before. However, when we communicated it to Stephie, her attention was quick and effective, since she sent personnel to solve the problem Honestly, Stephie's service as a host is excellent and we would definitely return

I stayed this weekend with friends and the experience was excellent. The house is located in a very quiet residential area, which allowed us to rest and fully enjoy our stay, the jacuzzi and the pool 10/10. We had a great time. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. The pool was super warm, we really enjoyed it. And Fran cooked us a delicious paella. A safe and centrally located place.

Mauricio's house is excellent. The property matched the photos, and it's even larger than what you see in the ad. Mr. Martin was very kind and attentive from our arrival until our departure, and thanks to the huge yard they have, our dogs had an amazing time this weekend, we would definitely stay here again.

We went to a wedding very close to the Airbnb and Jorge was flexible (since he was not busy) with early access to change and also with leaving a little later. The cottage is exactly as described and shown in the photos, everything was clean and although it does not have AC, the fans were sufficient. We would definitely stay at this property again.

We loved it! We'll definitely be back! The pool and the house are amazing, the air conditioning is great because the heat is too much.
