Welcome to the guesthouse in our backyard. Our accommodation is centrally located in relation to both Noordwijk beach (8 km) and the bulb fields (2 km). With the train station within walking distance, you are also in 5 minutes in Leiden, in 15 minutes in Haarlem and in the Hague in 25 minutes. The room is tastefully decorated, completely in harmony with the beautifully landscaped garden that you have a view of from your bed. You have a private entrance and also part of our garden is exclusively for you as a guest.

Recently renovated comfortable house (64m2) at the water in the green heart of Holland, surrounded by windmills and cows right across the canal. Close to the main cities and the Kaag lakes: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Delft, Zandvoort, Keukenhof 30, Schiphol-airport 15, Leiden 10 mins by car. During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Not suitable for non-swimmers.

For the peace seekers, and nature lovers, a wonderful place, within walking distance of the bus and train station, from where you can be in Amsterdam or The Hague within 15 minutes. You can also take the bus to Noordwijk or Katwijk for a day at the beach. In spring, Keukenhof is recommended, you could take the bike for a visit to the world-famous park. A day around the house is also worth it, with the Kagerplassen a stone's throw away, it is possible to rent a canoe and sail a round.

It fully met our expectations. For 2 people as a couple, the accommodation is great. Everything very clean and cozy. A private bathroom with shower and toilet completes the offer. We immediately had very nice contact with the owners. Very attentive with breakfast. We were asked in advance for special requests and every day there was a sweet surprise in addition; wonderful. We were able to park the car right in front of the house on the quiet street. For our e-bikes, there was a place on the non-visible terrace with a wall hook for locking and a double socket for charging both bikes. Perfect. All in all, a great stay. Thank you very much and we would come back anytime.

We stayed at Sanjay's place one night. The studio is small, but there is everything you need. Also, it was very comfortable. The arrangement and key exchange worked absolutely smoothly. We will be happy to come back! :)

Wonderful Tiny house. Beautiful surroundings. There's nothing for sale except ice cream. No shop, no restaurants or anything where you can buy snacks/drinks and the shops are not nearby.

Pretty and very quiet country location, yet an easy drive to places such as Kinderdyke, Delft, Amsterdam, Leiden and the Louwman Museum. As two couples we appreciated having 2 full bathrooms and the spacious living room.

The place was an amazing stay. It was cosy and well equipped with everything needed. Check in was smooth and stress free. The setup was nice and really comfortable. The toilet was located a short walk from the van but was clean and easy to access. Kamiel was a great host :)

We are here for 3 days to escape the big city hustle and bustle of Amsterdam and enjoy the tranquility of the countryside and see the tulip fields. The property is ideal for this and is also very cozily furnished. However, it is totally recommended to rent/bring bicycles - on foot it is still long distances and the otherwise very good public transport also makes right detours.
