Very quiet neighborhood inhabited mostly by elderly people, no stray dogs or loud sounds, the apartment is designed for one or two people and has all the amenities focusing on privacy, all its services are independent and do not need the annex to function, ¡¡LOW DRINKING WATER AREA!!, we supply what is necessary for your stay but if you waste it by mistake or on purpose we reserve the time of supply and costs.
