A beautiful house deep in the Medina. Clean, nicely decorated, and with an exceptional roof terrace! Jonathan is an excellent host in every way! Friendly, great communication from the beginning, proactive, and always ready to help. A great value and we would not hesitate to stay again if we had the opportunity.

Rarely do you find a place that just fits. The views? Unreal. The location? Spot on. The details? Thoughtful in a way that makes you wonder why more places aren’t designed like this. Every corner felt like it was meant to be explored, and honestly, finding something this good is near impossible. Then there’s Amine—professional, quick to respond, and somehow always one step ahead, even with questions beyond the stay itself. The kind of host who makes the experience seamless. 10/10. Couldn’t thank Farouk & Aziz enough for their hospitality and their beautiful place. Everything was local, private and amazing neighbourhood, with lots of shops and good restaurants within walking distance. The place itself was clean, spacious, with a beautiful terrace and private pool, overlooking Tetouan and its mountains. The place is very reserved and quiet. The hosts were very responsive and prompt to answer any questions we had during our stay. We will surely be back!

The location is very nice, a very large spacious building with lots of bedrooms and three bathrooms. It was very clean and Fatima responded very quickly and helpfully to texts or emails.

We had a great two-day stay in this beautiful villa. The place is spacious, very well maintained, and really ideal for relaxing. The pool is superb, perfect for cooling off and enjoying the peaceful setting. The neighborhood is quiet, which allows you to fully rest. Everything was as described, or even better. This is my 3rd time in Cabo Negro, I know where to go if I ever come back. Definitely at Reda's, at Mirador Golf. Beautiful apartment, very clean, a well equipped kitchen, nice decor in the living room, and a magnificent view of the Tetouan mountains. Everything you need for a wonderful stay. Cabo beach is a 5min drive (about 40min walk). Otherwise, you can enjoy the residence's swimming pool, which closes early enough on the other hand, at 6:30 p.m. (but the owner had nothing to do with it). In case, I would recommend!

I totally recommend this place for anyone looking to spend quality time at Tetouan and the surrounding beaches. Great space for large families and awesome mountain view. The apartment is located an a major street with walking distance to many stores, cafes and restaurants. Mr. Said was an excellent and very responsive host. He made sure we had everything we needed during our stay and checked up on us frequently. We will definitely go back next time we are in Tetouan. Thank you again Mr. Said.
