Tokuto is a newly renovated private mansion built in the 1940s on Teshima. The property is conveniently located about 10mins walk from Ieura Port. Enjoy the luxurious architecture of the past, such as the authentic hand blown window glass and the beautiful gardens with an abundance of stone lanterns. The building consists of 2 villas. As a measure against infectious diseases, we accept one group for each building. If you like to connect with nature, we have a veggie garden and pet goats.

While staying in Kurashiki, you can enjoy sightseeing and experience Japanese life. If you come by car, parking is available nearby. K-cars (compact cars) can park next to the guesthouse. If you arrive by train, including the Shinkansen, we offer car pick-up service. It's convenient to rent a K-car at Shin-Kurashiki Station. The host will support guests to comfortably enjoy sightseeing and daily life. Prior to the trip, we can provide sightseeing and living information via messages.

This is a 60-year-old property with a calm atmosphere. You can see the Seto Inland Sea from the garden. We also have a BBQ terrace that is fine even when it rains. You can relax in the bath with a view of the Seto Inland Sea. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 Japanese-style room. Baths, toilets, and conversation rooms (with mini-kitchens) are completely separate. Half of the building is separated and rented to guests. The host lives in the other half.

Each room has independent kitchen, bathroom with electric key, so you wouldn't be bothered by other guest. Naoshima is slow, quiet place with only 2 taxi and 1 convenience store is available in the island, but you would definitely enjoy the beautiful, peaceful place with great art and nature!
