Indulge in serenity & comfort with everything you need. Washer, dryer, oven, stove, refrigerator & microwave in the space make it possible to truly be home away from home. Hang out by the fireplace on the screened in patio & listen as the birds serenade you. Gated, safe & pup friendly! Just like Maggie would have wanted.

Urban Cottage with Hot Tub

A Cute 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom quaint home. Newly remodeled. With a hot tub on the extended patio you can have a private relaxing time and enjoy your stay. We have plenty of games to play as well as 3 TV's. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We are centrally located to everything Terrell has to offer. We are also near wineries on a wine trail. This is a small property. 6 people limit and no more is highly recommended, as the property can only comfortably accomidate 6 people.

WIFI, Board games, Washer/Dryer, Kitchen with granite counter tops, microwave, pots & pans, plates, and silverware. At the back of the property, there is NO lake access, but there is a wonderful lake view and an inlet from the lake. NO pets allowed. If a pet is brought onto the property there will be a $200 fee.

It is centrally located minutes from Interstate 20, and 10-15 minutes from shopping and restaurants in Canton, Terrell, or downtown Wills Point. There is pool house in the property we call it the Hacienda Cabin, that is all so listed to be rented, is rented separately just in case you want more space or more private, you can search it by La Hacienda Cabin.
