Ivan's blue room was the perfect refuge where I spent 10 days with my sailor boyfriend. Who came to Barcelona as a surprise, and with a few hours' notice, Ivan answered all our questions and welcomed us into his beautiful apartment. The room shares a bathroom with two more rooms, but this was not a problem. Ivan keeps all common areas clean and well-served. The kitchen is comfortable. There is a schedule for using the stove, but it's just a matter of getting used to the schedule. Ivan has a beautiful pet at home TOBBY, who is gentle and well-behaved, and was no problem. Access to the subway. The nearest station is Terrassa Est, which you can walk to in 16 minutes or take bus no. 2 to in just 7 minutes. The place is the place.

A table is set for a celebration featuring a decorated cake placed at the center. Fresh strawberries are arranged in a bowl, and vintage glassware surrounds the cake. Two individuals stand behind a seated person, creating a warm gathering ambiance.

The comment about poor value for money does not refer to this accommodation but to the unfair price of housing in Spain, an issue in which Airbnb and the like have done a lot of damage.

Excellent accommodation with Miguel, he was always in contact for any situation, in addition to the fact that all the rooms in the house were in excellent condition, the location is good (in 15 min you get to the train station connecting to Barcelona), in addition to the fact that Terrasa is a very nice city for dinner or breakfast I definitely recommend it

Ariel was such a friendly and helpful host! The location was beautiful with a large balcony with views of the city and the ocean. I did not have super high expectations because the price was very reasonable, but it was a beautiful space and Ariel did a great job of making me feel comfortable in a shared space while also having my private. Thank you very much!

Perfect stay at Yolanda's for my son who was returning from the F1 gp. Communication with Yolanda allowed my son to easily go to Yolanda's where he was very well hosted. The apartment is very well decorated and impeccably clean. Everything is done to make guests feel very good. The apartment is in a very good location, train station, restaurants very close to Granollers. A big thank you to Yolanda for hosting us.

Montse is incredibly friendly, easy-going and helpful! She made us feel extremely at home. We loved staying with her and will definitely seek her apartment out as soon as we're in the region again.
