In the heart of the sumptuous preserved natural territory of Haute-Maurienne, very close to the Italian border. Splendid preserved natural setting on the edge of meadows & forests. Pleasant landscaped and flowered garden.

Completely renovated apartment in Val-Cenis Termignon ("la Fennaz" sector) 5 minutes' walk to the village center and 10, 15 minutes to the ski slopes (in ski boots) but free shuttle to the center, foot of slopes... It is on the ground floor of a 4-unit house. A small enclosed and private south-facing garden. Car parking. Quiet village located at the gates of the Vanoise National Park in summer (hiking, GR, mountain biking...) and the VAL CENIS ski resort in winter!

My place is perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families.

Located in the heart of the village of Termignon-Val Cenis, we welcome you all year round, in our 3* cottage, cozy and warm. Completely restored during the fall of 2015, it can accommodate up to 5 people. Comfort, sunny, CLOSE to shops, the ski area, hiking trails are the assets of our 51 m2 cottage.

Your 65 m² accommodation is located about 200 m from local shops, food, bakery, cheese factory. You are also a 10-minute walk from the start of the TERMIGNON-VAL CENIS ski lifts. My place is good for couples, solo travelers and families (with kids). Quiet all year round and without parking problems.
