The leafy suburbs of Rathfarnham are located between the foothills of the Dublin Mountains and Dublin City Centre. The house is well situated, with a five minute walk to Nutgrove Shopping Centre. There are several stunning parks within walking distance and the locality is serviced by city and airport transport links.

Everything in the house has been curated by me and it is filled with love. Also you are only 10minutes to the city centre or 10 minutes to the bike trail which will take you all the way out along the coast to the seaside village of Howth. Taylor Swift stayed with us while enjoying a low key visit to Dublin. We were delighted to have her at our home and equally thrilled she managed to avoid the attention of the media.

The coolest neighborhood in Dublin Stoneybatter is within 2 mins walk, where there are choices of bars and restaurants. City centre is within 30 mins by foot, and there are bus stops right out side of the studio. Luas stops is within 10 mins walk.
