It is not a subdivision or residential area, it is a 100% working-class but very quiet neighborhood. You will be our priority!

It has a cozy king size bed, air conditioning/ heater, a sofa, full bathroom, microwave, minibar, a small cupboard space, large closet with enough space to store your stuff, Wi-Fi, a breakfast nook with 2 chairs to have your morning coffee. It has a projector and Chromecast to turn the room into a cinema! Center 7 minutes walk.

Bungalow for 4 people located in the beautiful cactus garden of a residential house within a private and safe subdivision 15 minutes from the village of Tequisquiapan. There is no parking, you can leave the car in front of the house on the street. The hot water is by solar heater, if the days are cloudy, you can not have hot water.
