A very quiet and pleasant place, ideal to relax, the views are impressive and the access if you go by car is very good. Carlos, Julia's husband, treated us in an excellent way, I feel that the photos do not do justice to the place since the place is more beautiful than in photos, it maintains the rustic atmosphere of Tepoztlán.

The place is simple but very well designed, and with a great little kitchen. The ground floor apartment opens out into a large shared garden with a breathtaking view of the mountain. Especially at sunrise and sunset. There is some noise audible from the apartment next door neighbours, and additionally at the weekends the hotel/bar across the road is open and quite lively. However, overall its a wonderful, quiet and peaceful place to retreat back to after a day in the popular and busy Tepoztlan central. Its also very easy to get TO Tepoztlan via the bus which you can catch outside for just 10 pesos. The person who you will communicate is called Jonathon - not Daniel. And the host is Yuri who is a wonderful person with impeccable taste in design. She also assisted me in booking a reasonably priced Airport taxi. Jonathan was very responsive and helped me with local recommendations and tips and also some other queries I had. Thanks for a great stay! I'd love to visit again.

It is a very quiet and beautiful place, Nelsa was very nice, friendly and helpful. I would go again. It's a little bit far from downtown, but you can walk there in about 20 minutes, it's not a problem if you go by car. The accommodation is very comfortable, spacious and with all the amenities, it has a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere for a pleasant stay.

Very nice, the internet, gas and electricity never failed, the neighbors were very respectful and quiet, which allows you to rest well. The kitchen is well-equipped to even bake bread comfortably, and the location near Chedraui is very convenient.

Mauricio was very attentive even before we arrived. Due to a communication error, the apartment was not cleaned, but as soon as we let them know, they sent staff to do a very good cleaning. He even gave us a second cleaning in the middle of our 8-day stay. They resolved any issues quickly. Seamless communication via messaging app. It's a small resort with swimming pools, gardens, parking, and a small restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as a small rooftop gym with nice views. From what we have seen of Mexico, cities take up a lot of space because everything is low houses, so the location within Cuernavaca, being good, you still have to go everywhere by car. As for security, we thought it was very safe, since there is a security booth so that only residents can access it.

The accommodation is excellent, the apartment complies with what it says in the description, very clean, very spacious, and we loved the privacy and tranquility of the subdivision, Ana Paola was always attentive, we would definitely return. PS: air conditioning in the upstairs room would be excellent. 👌🏼

Everything seemed excellent, from the arrival, the place, the attention of the people who welcomed us, the proximity to everything we needed, only the detail that we were unlucky because the pumps to heat the pool burned just before our arrival, but the hosts were very aware and friendly to compensate for us made a return for the situation, so I recommend 100, we will definitely be back soon...

This home gave us some of the most relaxing and beautiful vacations we've had. The area is perfect. Hosts are warm and empathetic. The house is beautiful, high ceilings, cool. The beautiful green areas, full of trees, with a cool and huge pool, almost for us alone. We will always be back. Thank you!

Very comfortable villa, although it is small, it is also spacious, it has everything you need. The location is excellent, I like to be close to the City market and nice cafes. There's a guard at the door, which makes me feel safer.

The accommodation was as described and very well-equipped, we enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, we had no problems with mosquitoes at any time because there are mosquito nets on all the windows. Jorge is very kind and attentive, he gave very precise instructions to get there. The staff is very friendly and the location is excellent, there is a square next door and restaurants nearby. Super recommended ✨
