Vacation rentals with a patio in Teotitlán del Valle

Excelente lugar para estar cerca del centro y de muchos restaurantes muy buenos para comer a cualquier hora del día. Justo a una cuadra del merado de La Merced.

Los anfitriones (Juan y la Sra Laura) son un amor ya que son excelentes personas, siempre estuvieron al pendiente. Es un lugar ideal para descansar y vacacionar ya que nos hicieron sentir como si estuviéramos en casa. Y las condiciones son excelentes para sentirte cómodo en un lugar limpio, seguro y muy amplio. Nos vemos nuevamente el siguiente mes. Gracias.

Me sentí como en casa, es tal cual como en las fotos, ya estando allí, se siente un ambiente muy cálido y acogedor. La anfitriona fue muy amable y nos dio buenas indicaciones para ir a comprar y dónde comer. El lugar estaba bien equipado con todo lo necesario, limpio y organizado. La zona es muy tranquila y segura, en la noche está bien iluminado. En la calle de enfrente pasa el transporte público llamado Citybus en ambos sentidos y es súper económico el pasaje y te lleva al centro o también puedes tomar taxi. Me encantó, espero volver.

We loved staying at Rodrigos spot! comfortable accommodations. He left us earplugs and had streaming services we could use! Had water waiting for us which was much appreciated after a long trip and we hadn't gotten water yet. Rodrigo was so detailed and helpful and responsive and kind. Beautiful surroundings. Comfortable bed. AC. Hot water. Many lighting options for low light which we loved. Lots of closet and drawer space. Short walk to food stalls, restaurants and convenience stores. 20-30 min walk down hill to El Centro. If the windows are closed, it's releatively quiet compared to the city as a whole. There was also a surprise terrace which we loved to hang out on!! We hope to return! Thank you Rodrigo and family!

I stayed in Casona Juarez for one month and thoroughly enjoyed it. Thoughts regarding this Airbnb are: *The place is like the pictures: two TVs, vaulted ceilings, and a wonderful bathroom. The space is clean, modern, and spacious. *Location—You can beat it! It is between the Zocalo and Santo Domingo. Many restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops are within close walking distance. * Safety—Even though this is a street-facing, ground-floor unit, it is very secure. Safety was not a concern. Also, the neighborhood felt safe to walk around day or night (I was usually home by 10:00 p.m.). *Communication - Luis would respond to any message I sent within minutes. Communication was prompt, courteous, and informative. *Tafrric noise—The noise did not bother me at all, but it could be a concern if you are sensitive to noise. Fumigation-They occasionaly fumigate for mosquitos. I would ask them to wait to fumigate your apartment until after you leave. Overall, an excellent place to stay!

The place was the perfect home base for our quick trip to Oaxaca. Easy to find and walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. The host proactively reached out to help make finding the place easy and continued to communicate to ensure our stay was amazing.

We just had a 5 night stay at this amazing apartment. It was very well presented and comfortable. It was located in such a great area and walkable to everything. The apartment was secure and we felt safe. As other reviews mentioned the bathroom could do with a revamp but it’s totally functional and always had hot water. The kitchen is well equipped for simple breakfasts and reheating food. The bed is super comfortable and huge! We enjoyed watching movies from it after a long day of walking around the city! We had no loud noise from the bar across the road- a little road noise but earplugs sort that out. The host were very responsive and kind. Thanks for having us. We’d say again if we returned to beautiful Oaxaca! 🙏🏻

Amy’s place was exactly what I needed for my 5 week stay in Oaxaca. The house is a beautiful mix of traditional and modern. A simple and well designed space with everything I needed. The San Felipe neighborhood is a bit far from all the happenings in the city but if you’re comfortable being a bit off the beaten path and learn how the local buses work it makes for nice escape. Would definitely stay here again!

La casa está hermosa! Tiene un estilo Oaxaqueño muy lindo. Esta cómoda, limpia, muy bien ubicada y perfecta para 8 personas, los baños son limpios y modernos. La alberca está cómoda para tomar unos drink y a muy buena temperatura. Perfectamente equipadas! Sin duda reservaría otra vez

Muy amplia, LIMPIA, 4 habitaciones muy cómodas, camas grandes, dentro de residencial con seguridad, espacio para auto. Fácil llegada y salida. Todo excelente, muy recomendable!

La comunicación con la anfitriona siempre fue muy buena, estaba al pendiente y había respuesta rápida con soluciones. La casa está grande, cuenta con todo lo necesario para sentirse en casa, muy cómoda y muy limpia, es apta para bebés también, sin duda volveré a rentar este espacio.

Rebeca is an amazing host, she is quick to respond to any issues and requests and was happy to arrange transportation upon vacating for us! The home is sited back off the street with an exclusive use patio. The location is excellent as it is sited a block away from the Mercado with several restaurants and shops close by with the City center about a 10-15 minute walk away. There are also several gyms within walking distance from the home. We especially liked the window screens to keep mosquitos at bay, the washer/dryer, cleaning services and Air Conditioning at night in the bedroom! This is a very nice home in a great location with an amazing host! We feel the home provides good value for what it has to offer and would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the beautiful City of Oaxaca.

Realmente me sentí como en casa, muy limpio y la decoración muy bonita, mi familia quedó encantada con la estancia, sin duda me volvería a hospedar ahí.

This place is incredible! Jose was super flexible and was an amazing host. The place is exactly like the photos! I would absolutely book again. I went with my 3 kids and my husband and it was perfect!

Todo estuvo muy bien, solo que deben considerar que para personas adultas de la tercera edad son muchos escalones. La cocina muy equipada, de hecho desayunabamos diario ahi, el mercado esta a dos cuadras. Las regaderas muy funcionales. La casa muy agradable. Solo hubo un punto que falló, dos habitaciones no tenian refrigeracion y si hacia un poco de calor por las noches. Segun yo la publicación del alojamiento mencionaba que tenia aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, fue algo que si incomodo. La buena noticia para los proximos alojamientos es que ya tenian en el sotano todos los equipos de refrigeracion para instalarse, asi que el alojamiento es ALTAMENTE RECOMENDADO!!!. Otra cosa es que los anfitriones son muy buena onda.

Excelente alojamiento. Siempre respondían al instante y siempre con la intención de ayudar. El departamento estaba impecable. 100 % recomendable.

El lugar está muy bien ubicado para el traslado a las diferentes zonas turisticas. El espacio es muy agradable y existe concordancia con lo que se muestra en las fotos. El anfitrión mantuvo excelente comunicación y sugirió buenos lugares para comer y visitar.

Leticia was an excellent host. Her love of Oaxaca is evident in her sharing all the things to do in this unique city. She provided a lot of information directly to her guests, which included, restaurant suggestions, landmarks to make sure are on your list, updating you of festivals occurring during your stay and details about the markets which offer something to everyone. We had such a wonderful stay at Casa Tilantongo - thank you for being such amazing hosts. The moment we arrived it felt like home - beautiful flowers on the table, water and snacks in the kitchen. Lots of thoughtful details to make for a comfortable stay for 6 weeks with our children, and such a fresh and modern space. The kitchen is well equipped and a great space for preparing food. Senora Paty, who comes and takes care of the plants/garden and patio areas is so lovely and does a great job. We loved being a bit out of Centro and supporting the local community businesses. Fresh tortillas around the corner everyday, fresh queso up the road, and the tastiest tortes not far and elotes coming past at night. Plus can’t forget Raices y Tierra across the road for delicious tacos and tlayudas! We made use of the local buses often and taxis to Centro which was affordable. A favourite air bnb! we hope to come back again to stay here (Oaxaca is amazing) as is Casa T!

Excelente ubicacion. Si te gusta caminar puedes. llegar al centro caminando. El departamento esta comodo con lo necesario para descansar. En mi proximo viaje a Oaxaca volvere a este lugar.

The Airbnb was great, it looked better in person and everything lived up to what it was. The host was incredible at responding and helping out with what we needed. The food recommendations in the apartment were great and Mariana helped us organize a driver to help us get to the airport. Bedrooms and bathrooms were super clean and updated. Nice hot water and great AC. Would love to stay here again.
