La zona compartida se encuentra enmarcada en un espacio ajardinado donde se ubica la piscina, recientemente reformada. Desde su gran terraza privada puede tener unas maravillosas vistas hacia el mar y las montañas. Bien conectado para conocer el norte de Tenerife, y el Parque Nacional del Teide.
