Vacation rentals with a patio in Teneriffe

Tye's place is in the perfect spot to attend events at the showgrounds, we were a 3 minute walk to gate 5 which was wonderful for our 4 day visit to the Caravan & Camping show. This is also a fantastic spot to attend the RBWH for appointments or visiting family & friends as the walk to the main entrance is less than 5 mins. There is a great cafe if you turn left out of the reception entrance & turn left again. Also a fantastic Vietnamese cafe if you head out of the other entrance & turn right. IGA is 850m away & if you want a bit of a walk to Woolworths it is about 1.1km. Also a gorgeous park across the road to picnic in too. In other words this is a great central location to stay in. Being in the heart of the city, it is not quiet, when the balcony doors are open you can hear traffic, when the doors are shut the soundproofing is great, you will hear sirens going in & out of the hospital, however this is city life & to be expected. A few small issues were addressed promptly.

Our stay at Jai’s Airbnb was the best! It was a beautiful apartment with great amenities and an even better view!

Comfortable, cosy and quiet! This little apartment was a lovely home away from home for our city-escape for 2 nights. Comfy bed, comfy couch, great shower pressure, lovely thick carpet and a pod coffee machine - all made it easy to chill out and enjoy! We had some trouble using the tv and couldn’t manage to connect to our streaming services but we weren’t there to watch tv anyway! Howard Smith Wharves and James St are both walking distance and have so much to offer for dining, celebrating, exploring and relaxing. Recommend this place for sure!

Enjoyable stay in the Valley. Great views back over the CBD from the balcony. So close to a wide range of restaurants on James St and walkable to the river and city. Car park an added bonus. Fitted the requirements of our stay perfectly.

I enjoyed a lovely 10 night stay at ‘Pip’s Place’. The location is walkable to the beautiful New Farm Park, ferry services and many excellent cafes, restaurants and shops. The apartment is beautiful, tastefully decorated and has the most wonderful private verandah that gets afternoon sun. I had everything I needed. It’s quite and cozy and if you like a combination of eating out and eating at home when traveling, this place has very good kitchen facilities. Phillip was helpful and responsive to messages. I highly recommend this lovely Air BnB.

Great location

Fantastic location, good communication, lovely clean apartment, great views, easy check-in and out. I particularly appreciated how free the apartment was of clutter. Many AirBnBs feature nick-nacks to make a place seem homely, but those touches annoy me if they take up space where I'd prefer to put my stuff. Jeremy's apartment had only useful items and a few handy little bits in the fridge - the perfect balance. I have already recommended this place via word of mouth and would absolutely stay again.

It was very comfortable and charming and my family had a great time at the house. The decor was gorgeous and we enjoyed exploring the house. The place is very close to the supermarket and we went to Dinner at Sasso, this italian restaurant nearby and their pizza is to die for! My sister really enjoyed the little bar downstairs and overall it was a very pleasant place to stay. Andy was a very responsive host and it was very easy to communicate with him.

We had a fantastic one-night stay at Debbie’s! The accommodation was beautifully presented, full of period charm, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect — a lovely village feel with cafes and restaurants just a short walk away. Everything was exactly as described, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a charming and convenient place to stay!

This place was very comfortable for all 12 of us to stay. Plenty of room. Walking distance to the train station and food restaurants across the road. It is in a great location. John responded to any queries we had. Overall we had a great weekend.

What a great place to stay, close to the city and Southbank, had coffee down the road, the house was everything described and our family felt at home. This will be our go to stay for Torian going forward.

Corri’s house is just beautiful and in a lovely area. A short walk to restaurants and shops. The house was a great size for our group, everyone had space with comfy couches and plenty of places to sit and chat.

We liked Sandra’s place on a previous holiday so very pleased it was available for this trip. Comfortable beds, clean and everything is there that you need. The location is perfect for going into the city, Suncorp Stadium and great cafes and restaurants. Public transport is fantastic. Would definitely stay again.

My parents and I had a marvellous stay at Anissa’s well-considered and long-cultivated homespace highrise rental. The rooms and common spaces were well-curated with conveniences and beauty. For culinary-oriented folks, the kitchen is well equipped and provisioned. For techie-folk, there is an abundance of USB-based charging infrastructure. The only hiccup was a lift (elevator) that was out of order during our first 2 days. This was unforeseeable and no fault at all goes to Anissa. Additionally, Anissa had so many pro-tips (and has good taste). We ate at DooDee Boran which was next door and delicious. The City Botanic Gardens and all of the museums were either walkable or easily accessed via public transportation, ferry/CityCat, or rideshare app from where the apartment is located. I recommend this space for those who appreciate a host who has opened their home to you and cares about your experience while there.

Great spot! Walking distance to lots of great restaurants and coffee shops. Host was super quick to reply to any questions I had. Place was super clean and tidy.

Spacious place in a quiet neighbourhood. Convenient location - opposite a supermarket and lots of buses to take you straight to the city. Smooth check in and checkout process.

The apartment is in a great location, walkable distance to not only restaurants/bars but also local train stations making travel to/from and around the area easy. The rooftop pool and sitting area is also a great bonus. The apartment itself is well furnished, clean throughout and well stocked with amenities. We especially appreciated the cold water in the fridge! Would definitely stay here again when visiting Brisbane and recommend to any others looking for a few days away in the city
