Authentic detached house full of atmosphere and equipped with all the comforts. Wooden floors, a modern kitchen, a private sauna in the bathroom and 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor with excellent beds give atmosphere and luxury. The spacious living with spacious Chesterfield sofa overlooks the Winsumerdiep. Onderdendam is a beautiful village 12 km away from the city of Groningen and has a protected village view. Our 2-pers. Canadian canoe and our 3 bikes are available for rent for a reasonable price.

A welcoming green oasis on the erge of the city

Resume The studio is located in a rural farmhouse on the outskirts of Groningen. A fantastic place to use as a base to work or relax, or explore the city, northern provinces and islands of Schiermonnikoog and Borkum (Germany). The studio is complete, tasteful and luxuriously furnished. In addition to the rental of 2 studios, we have a large green yard with an orchard, small horse stable, chickens and a sweet dog (Friese Stabij). Other: everything is on the ground floor and we have free parking.

Villa Selva: cosy cottage with spectacular view

Villa Selva is situated on our 1,5ha property on the edge of Loppersum. In this cosy cottage (the 'villa' of its name is slightly overstated) you'll find a living-/dining room, a small kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is one bedroom with one double and one single bed and the open attic has a second double bed. The cottage has small private terrace and garden facing south. On clear nights millions of stars twinkle overhead and the moonshine is so bright, you can read a book in it.

A stylishly furnished B&B, you stay in the restored front house from 1912. During the renovation, the history and the authentic colors of the early 20th century were taken into account. The B&B has its own toilet and bathroom. There is a small pantry with a fridge, kettle, toaster and a Nespresso machine. There's plenty of closet space for your clothes. The bedroom has a bed with 2 pcs. 80×200 cm mattresses and there is a sofa bed for 2 pers. in the sitting room.

Relax wonderfully in this green oasis near the city of Groningen. Fully furnished single-level guest house for 2. You'll love sitting on the covered terrace under the grape bushes with a glass of wine and a good book. You can eat the grapes and maybe there is a zucchini or other fruit or fruit waiting for you from the greenhouse or vegetable garden. This is the perfect accommodation for a walk- or biking tour in the area, or to see the rest of the northern Netherlands or Germany by car.

The accommodation, with its own entrance, has been recently renovated and is completely furnished for a comfortable stay. During the summer, the spaces are wonderfully cool and cozy during the winter. The accommodation is within walking distance ( 5 min.) from the station ( train + bus). By car, the accommodation is easily accessible, a short distance from Juliana Square, where the A7 and A28 intersect. Free parking on own property.

Staying at Jan's was excellent! Communication was great, everything was explained and described in advance. You have maximum privacy through the separate building, the place was very clean, the bed comfortable and supermarkets are right outside the front door. The BnB is located in a church, or is an adjoining room of it, so you can look at it at any time. That's something special, who can say they slept in a church 😌 Thank you Jan!

We were very enthusiastic about the beautiful nature, the water around it and the tranquility. We felt very comfortable there.

The three of us stayed in Esther's apartment for a week and felt very comfortable there. The apartment is very tastefully decorated. Everything - dishes, etc., are available in sufficient quantity and quality. There's really nothing missing. For the first day and breakfast the fridge was stocked! We were welcomed with chilled sparkling wine. We especially enjoyed the spacious kitchen-living room, which is the center of the apartment. The apartment is located in the old town of Appingedam, a very nice place and a good starting point for trips to Groningen or Leeuwarden. Highly recommend both. We highly recommend this property and Esther as a landlady.

We have completely relaxed in this wonderful place in the countryside! The view is amazing, you see a different animal shooting past every time. It is a quiet, peaceful place, but you can quickly reach the hustle and bustle by going to the city of Groningen. Also be sure to choose the delicious breakfast with the fresh eggs from the chickens that walk around. In short, highly recommended!
