Cozy and modern furnished vacation home in Wandlitz in the harbor village of Zerpenschleuse, directly on the Oder-Havel Canal, between Berlin and Lake Werbellin. Perfect starting point for water sports enthusiasts, cyclists and excursions to Berlin and the surrounding area. Great complete amenities, plus a fireplace for a cozy vacation. With an open location and natural views of the field and harbor water, it is a special property in the harbor village! The complex is young, but all the houses in our neighborhood are structurally completed.

A wonderful lakeside house with a well-equipped kitchen, a Weber gas grill and many places that call for good books and nice conversations. Whether in the living room in front of the fireplace, on the window seat in front of the panoramic window on the second floor or in the deck chair on the roof terrace: everywhere the lake glitters through the trees. The swimming area is at the doorstep, as is the forest. There are two desks for workation in the countryside. Space for up to 6, with min. 2 children for up to 8 people.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The old henhouse build in +-1940. We didn't change the outlay of the house, kept beams and windows are almost original. Only 24 sq m, but feels larger than it is. Located in the lower garden of Lake House Lebehn, with own garden entrance and a wooden terrace. Optional breakfast price €10 per person. Lakes are 3 km away and easyly to be reached by car in a few minutes or by bike. Lots of old trees provide lovely shade in the summer and lots of little restaurants, and cafes are in the nearby villages . In wintertime enjoy the tranquillety of the forest and lakes and bring plenty of food - nearly everything is closed and supermakets are 10 km away. 11

Came to stay.

The vacation home in Berlin was completely renovated and redesigned in 2020 within just seven months with the support of trend architect Jürgen Krüger! In the approx. 130 square meters, up to 10 people can stay on two floors. The entire house has separate air conditioning, WiFi & satellite TV in each living room and bedroom. We hope that with the renovations we have found a cozy and warm interior design style and that there is something for all ages!

Vacation home at Warener Hafen "Casita Priscila"

The apartment is located in a half-timbered house which is about 1 minute from the Waren city harbor. As it is a duplex apartment, our guests must enjoy climbing the stairs. However, when the last step is completed, you will be rewarded with a fantastic terrace with unobstructed views of the Waren city harbor. This is even more beautiful than in the photos! Right in the center, but relatively quiet.
