It is located next to a park with a pond and has sun all day, which makes it even more beautiful and bright! The sunset can be seen beautifully every day from the living room & balcony. We recently bought a new TV and carpet for the living room!

Ein großes Kaufhaus und ein Einkaufszentrum sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Tempelhofer Feld ist nur 2 U-Bahnstationen entfernt und bietet tolle Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Die Ambersuite und auch die Ufa-Fabrik stehen für die abendliche Unterhaltung zur Verfügung. Parkplätze sind kostenpflichtig auf der Straße.
