Very Central Schöneberg Apartment with LOFT bed

My cozy urban Studio apartment is very quiet since it is facing the backyard but it is also super central. Within 10 minutes you can get to Potsdamer Platz and Brandenburg Gate by metro. The nearest metro station is a 3 minute walk. The studio has two super large TVs, a sleeping couch,a brand new bathroom, a dishwasher, washing machine, oven and stove as well as a king size lofted bed. Of course there’s high-speed Wi-Fi and black out curtains to sleep well. The towels and bed lines are provided.

My stay in Soli and Hani's place was wonderful! The room was clean and well equipped, and surrounded with nature and relaxing silence. You're less than 10 mins away from the train station. The communication with Hani was perfect, he was reactive, gave me good tips and we had a really good laugh! This is the perfect balance to enjoy both the liveliness and the relaxing vibes of Berlin! I highly recommend it 😊

Small room with a small terrace, ground-level access directly from the footpath in front of a new building on the former Brewery grounds south of Viktoriapark at a moderate price. Bergmannstraße/Mehringdamm can be reached quickly on foot via a quiet side street (650 m). The free bike and public transport make a car unnecessary for the stay. Bernd has his Superhost rating right, he's a good buddy who was always up for a conversation over a cup of coffee.

Super clean and enjoyable place in Berlin ✨ William’s apartment truly stands out from typical Airbnbs. It is not just a spare room, but a space thoughtfully designed for guests’ comfort. There was plenty of storage, and the space felt open and inviting. I especially appreciated the clever detail of being able to store my open suitcase under the bed, which made such a difference. It really felt like my own home. Every little thing I needed was right there when I needed it. The security was perfect, and I felt completely at ease. The coffee machine and washing machine were absolute lifesavers during my stay. Thank you so much for everything, William. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Berlin.
