Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Tempe

Good location in Tempe, a couple miles from the university. Really nicely furnished apartment with high ceilings and nice amenities. The only problem is the other residents - trash left everywhere, the common areas smell like dog pee, weed smoke every day in the parking lot. I feel bad complaining about this because everything that is in the control of the Airbnb host is excellent, but the other components do have an impact on your stay.

The space had everything we needed, was comfortable, and was very clean with the exception of the carpet in the bedrooms. That had some large stains and is in need of a deep clean or replacement. The beds were comfortable, the living space was large, lovely and nicely decorated, and the kitchen and bathrooms were clean, well appointed, and perfect for our stay. The pool was a nice little oasis that made our stay that much more enjoyable. The street noise was very noticeable at all hours, but obviously can't be helped - not a host issue, just something for guests to be aware of. The area was safe and perfect for walking to plenty of restaurants and conveniences, the security of the complex was great, and the underground parking was a fabulous perk. The host was very communicative and friendly, the location was easy to find, and we would definitely stay here again.

Loved the apartment...exactly as described in the listing. Comfortable King bed. Nice bathroom. JJ was excellent at communicating. Less than a mile from PHX Convention Center. But the neighborhood was sketchy with a bus stop close by with lots of scary people hanging out there. The Circle K near the apartment had 2 armed guards protecting the property at night. Loved that the apartment had a locked gate to get into the property and cameras all around on the outside.

The place was exactly as shown in the pictures. Apt was well stocked with necessities, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, dish washing liquid, and pods for the washing machine. Pool was great and the Starbucks coffee machine in the meeting room was a nice extra.

The place was great pictures did t give it justice. High ceilings corner lot. Could hear traffic. But if you had tv on or talking didn’t even notice it. The place was very clean and had everything guru would need to cook have coffee and creamer in the morning with to go cups. Beach towels for the pool. We played games in the club house watching march madness on big tv. Can’t wait to stay again

Sable’s place was ideal for my stay while in Phoenix—modern, comfortable, and beautifully designed. It felt like a boutique hotel with the warmth of a real home. The space was spotless, peaceful, and had all the amenities I needed to relax and recharge. Sable was incredibly kind and responsive, making everything seamless from start to finish. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again!

This is our third time staying at Jayme's house. We love it! We are always disappointed when it's booked and we are forced to stay somewhere else. Jayme's house definitely feels like a home away from home for us. I love the neighborhood and the general area. The house is well equipped and Jayme takes great care to address anything that needs to be updated. We only ever use the primary bedroom but there is plenty of room for a family or larger group. I love the backyard. it's comfortable, full of beautiful birds and our dog has a safe space with real grass. Thanks again, Jayme!

I had a wonderful time at this Airbnb! The house was absolutely perfect—spacious, clean, well appointed. The beds were incredibly soft and comfortable. The highlight for our family was the pool—it was so nice to have a private space to unwind and enjoy the sun. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful stay and especially enjoyed the beautiful pool! We really appreciated the responsiveness of the host and the flexible check-in. House is in a safe, quiet subdivision with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. We had everything we needed.

We absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous Arcadia home. The inside was beautiful, clean and spacious. The backyard was the perfect place to spend our time in between the pool, fire pit and lawn area. Great for kids and adults alike. The neighbourhood was also beautiful and quiet and felt safe. The front porch views of Camelback was an added bonus! Great location - super close to old town Scottsdale and other shops and restaurants. We had a little one and we could walk to a lovely playground which is really close to the house. Highly recommend and hope we can come back and stay again. A big thank you to hosts!

I brought a small group of leaders here for a leadership retreat and it was perfect! Not only did it comfortably sleep 8, it was in a beautiful community, super close to the downtown scene and a short road trip to Sedona- which we LOVED! The pool was absolutely perfect, there was an abundance of blankets & separate temp controls for the upstairs (which was GREATLY appreciated)! I told my hubby we need to come back for a family trip!

Fantastic stay, very family friendly, Brian the host was helpful and responsive and provided a wonderful stay for the whole family!

Greg’s place was exactly as showed in the pictures. Very clean, very welcoming. He was gracious enough to let us check in early as our flight landed pretty early. He was very quick to respond to any questions I had. A lot of restaurants and bars were a 5 minute uber ride away which was nice. We loved the backyard and pool area. We really enjoyed the space and our stay.

Wonderful 2nd floor condo close to Old Town Scottsdale . Lots of parking for visitors as well as one marked space for the unit( a little tricky to find as the numbers aren’t sequential). Plenty of comfortable seating for 4 and both beds were great. The memory foam topper in the master was the best I’ve ever slept on. Would definitely stay here again.

The instructions sent prior to arrival were spot on and super easy to follow from parking to getting inside. The layout was perfect! I had one question about the TV and Dana got back to be right away. Would definitely stay there again!

Roman was very responsive when we needed some assistance. Location was great for getting to Sloan Park. We were in town to watch the Braves play against the Cubs. We loved how close we were to a variety of restaurants within walking distance. The pool was clean and inviting. The condo was perfect for the two of us.

Oh my goodness, Casey AND the resort was fabulous! We all (5 families) gathered another family member's ASU graduation, so needless to say, everything was booked. I had been looking for an extra spot for a senior family member for about a month or 2. Casey's place was unavailable for the dates that we needed. 2 weeks prior to us heading out, Casey reached out to see if we had found something....we had at that point. When we arrived to the resort, we ended up needing a 6th landing spot, so I reached out to Casey to see if his was still available. It was, minus 1 night, so we bunked up for the 1 night and the next day, the bunkie (me) switched over to Casey's spot. The resort is relaxing, quiet, fun and the staff is incredible. The pool (pools) are amazing, the gym is just the right size and there are many other amenities we didn't get to enjoy, but will most definitely stay there the next time we are in Phoenix. Oh, and the beds are to die for!!!! Thank you Casey!

This condo is a lovely hidden gem among the cacti.... Centrally located, safe, and the building and condo design was interesting and different, and fit within the context of the desert environment. We also really enjoyed private, late night swims in the community pool after long days. The condo itself was perfectly suited to be our home away from home. We were even able to rummage around the kitchen and find a toaster! We highly recommend several international restaurants with large portions of fresh food-- Green Corner, Princess Pita (the one on broadway), and Cafe de Bangkok. And don't miss the Desert Botanical Garden -- reduced price tix in late afternoon/evening. Thank you for your hospitality, Mary!

Very peaceful place in the heart of Scottsdale … everything was perfect. I love the little patio area and the pool, and everything is very private. I was also really happy Sherman provided a blender as many places don’t! I appreciated that there aren’t cameras everywhere too … it’s just a weird vibe every time you walk out a door and hear the camera rolling, the point of a holiday is to get away from all that … I think Sherman has a lot of respect for his visitors and is an amazing host. Lots of small details I really appreciated… it’s a very safe area with lots of greenery!

We loved our stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described and was the perfect home base for exploring Scottsdale, Tempe, and the Phoenix area. It was super easy to access, spotlessly clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. Michelle went above and beyond to make our stay extra special, even leaving us a couple of drinks and a nice welcome note. She was very responsive to any questions we had and was super friendly. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants, Old Town, grocery stores, the airport, and the Mayo Clinic (about a 15-20 minute drive). We’ll definitely stay here again when we’re in the area!
