Designed to offer total comfort and convenience to up to 4 (four) guests, designed from the bed and bath trousseau in the hotel standard, to artificial intelligence features providing the Alexa Echo Dot. The location is another advantage, at the beginning of Rua General Osório, one of the city's main streets and close to everything.

Alberto Braune Avenue, as well as the main local shops (you can walk to all of these places without having to use a car). The apartment includes parking and an elevator. Any question, let me know. One of the main advantages is privacy: no one has a view of the interior of the house. The property is private, with no shared areas, and the house is located on a cul-de-sac with no car traffic. To top it off, everything was thoughtfully designed with the guest in mind.
