In our space, you have privacy because the place where the house is located has only one chalet. We live just below, which does not take away from the privacy of the guests. Our kitchen has utensils, a sandwich maker, a blender, a two-burner stove with an oven, a minibar, a refrigerator that is on the outside near the barbecue area, and also a fondue pot.
