Excellent and cozy. If you're looking for a few days of relaxation, this is a very good option. The host and co-hosts are always available.

The house is very nice, very well furnished both in furniture and kitchen utensils, tastefully decorated and very much in keeping with the place. The view is beautiful with the sea in front, a private place without crowds and quiet.

Great stay. Small schedule problem on arrival but Abril was effective in communication and the departure offer from the villa. The villa was perfect for a small group who had a wedding not far from the villas. Great pool, perfect beach club. Ideal house to share with its three bedrooms with private bathroom. Very clean. Great value for money. We will definitely keep this place in mind to come back to. The only challenge is that without a car it's more difficult. Ubers rarely come and are difficult to get. Certainly with a car it's a little more user-friendly. Thanks for our stay!

Maria Elena's villa is extraordinary. Very spacious, we all had the required comfort. Extremely well equipped, everyone was happy. Whether it was cooking utensils, beach towels, baby furniture, board games, sand toys or outdoor activity equipment, it was all there. The beds were very comfortable. We were 6 adults, 2 children and 2 babies and everyone had their space. Communications with Maria Elena were extremely easy and fast. She gave us several suggestions for restaurants and activities. During our stay, we used the services of Jackie and Toño, the couple who take care of the residence. They are remarkable and very caring people. They prepared meals for most of our stay and everything was excellent. I highly recommend using their service because they were really great, the highlight of our trip. We'll be back.

Very nice accommodation and always very attentive to us, we would rent again. Highly recommended. There was only one issue with the electricity that went out for a few hours, but it was not the host's fault, but something external and it only happened once. However, he was always attentive. I highly recommend it.

The house is beautiful, one street from the sea, the beach is not beautiful, a store on the corner, in general a pleasant stay if we return

Wonderful location with the feeling that it feels like a private beach due to the peace of the surrounding area. All house areas are spacious and have that beach feel. The view from the master bedroom is awesome. Carlos is very helpful . Abel and his wife were always ready for what we needed . Villa Kakashki is a place you should visit if you want to have an unforgettable vacation.

A wonderful house, out of the way, great facilities, slightly odd (but unthreatening) neghborhood. Excellent chef and masseuse recommendations. Though pool cleaned once weekly, becsuse of gulls would have preferred a working filter system. Glad there was no television; it enhanced the peaceful nature of our stay. I’d definitely return!

Pictures don’t do this place justice, went during the hottest month and A/Cs cooled the rooms, pool was helpful and clean save for a few leaves but that’s inevitable. Kitchen is fully stocked even with a blender and coffee. Loved my stay here, would stay again!

An amazing place from the moment you arrive. Mike was super flexible with our check-in as we arrived early and allowed us to leave our luggage to make the most of the day. The place is beautiful, the beds are very comfortable, perfectly equipped, and it has absolutely everything you need for a carefree stay. It has no bad points, it has become one of my favorite accommodations!

A wonderfully peaceful getaway! Can't believe we found such a place! Far from the hustle and bustle of most of the tourist areas, but easily accessible by car, Rodrigo's place was an oasis of calm. It is right on the beach, and you could walk for miles without seeing anyone else on the weekdays. It is a 2 story condo with the three well decorated bedrooms upstairs, along with their bathrooms. The master bedroom looks out right on the ocean. The downstairs is spacious and then has a lot of outdoor rooms too, as well as a beautifully maintained plunge pool. The bed was comfortable, AC's worked (though we often just used the fans), and the kitchen has lovely utensils, pans, and basic spices and necessities for cooking. We were very comfortable in Rodrigo's place - it was even better than advertised. We did need a bit of help on how to operate the door lock, and Rodrigo was able to clear it up for us with a phone call. Otherwise, everything worked perfectly!

We loved our time at Louise’s home. It felt like we hit the Airbnb jackpot. It was easily one of the best places we’ve stayed during all our visits to Mérida. Everything was just as pictured, but even better in person. The location is perfect, very close to all the restaurants and La Plancha. You’ll be glad you stayed here!

Gorgeous property, Would definitely recommend this AirBnb. It is in a great location close to all the main plazas and in a great Community. The pictures don’t do this property justice, it is way better in person. Very peaceful and if you want to disconnect from the world and connect to nature and find yourself this is definitely the property to do so. Fernanda is also amazing, very helpful throughout our stay and would communicate rapidly. Thank you Fernanda will definitely come back to this Property on my next trip.

Mr. Juan Carlos' house is wonderful because of its location next to the beach. We went in low season, and it is very quiet, excellent for relaxing and spending time with the family. We were amazed by the beach, which was super beautiful, with the sunsets. We enjoyed the pool to the fullest. The family was happy. Thank you

This is by far the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. I’ve traveled all over Mexico and this trip was my favorite. The place is beautiful, right on the water! There was plenty of drinking/cooking water provided. Lots to do in the surrounding areas. I would recommend renting a car to make exploring easier. If you’re a beach lover, this is the place! Rossy also gave us great recommendations for restaurants and site seeing. Although our favorite part of our trip was our beach days at the house. Thank you so much, Rossy! We WILL be back!

Absolutely LOVED this place! It was fantastic. We have stayed in lots of chelem beach houses. This was amazing and one of our favorites. The pool is everything. The space is huge and had everything we needed for our two week stay. Fully equipped with super reliable internet. Incredibly responsive hosts. The fact that this host also provided water for our entire stay was awesome. Thanks again!!

I had a wonderful time at this charming Airbnb in Telchac Port! As a first-time guest, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The spacious home felt so fresh and clean, with linens that smelled like they had just been laundered—so nice! It's just a hop away from the beach, making it the perfect place for a little seaside escape. Michael, the host, was super welcoming and attentive; he helped me find my way back when I got a bit lost, and he did it all with such patience and kindness. Overall, this stay definitely surpassed my expectations, and I’m so happy I chose this place! I am coming back.

This was a super cute beach cottage. We loved the private beach access. It was very comfortable and clean.

Merly's place is a rustic and cozy little house. My family (dogs, children and couple) and I had an amazing time in the new year. It's a place, quiet, safe and peaceful. The views of the sea from the terrace are unique, the beach is beautiful and we completely disconnect from daily life. My dogs were able to run on the beach, rest and be very comfortable. Merly was always attentive, super cute, we would definitely stay again. The fact that she accepted our dogs was everything to us 🙏🏾
