The place is great. Very clean and safe. Beatriz is very nice and proactive. For the price, the accommodation is excellent. About 1 km from the historic center and affordable restaurant nearby. I would highly recommend it.

The house and pool were even better than the pictures! Such a beautiful place to stay and in a lovely, quiet gated community. Everything was perfect. Leticia is a fantastic host, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the surrounding area and beyond. We would definitely recommend staying here. Definitely helpful to have a car to explore as the villa is a few km out of Valladolid

Little paradise in the middle of the flowers. Quiet, clean and welcoming. Two very pleasant nights spent here. We'd love to come back. You absolutely must have a car, but Valladolid and the Zaci or Oxamn cenotes are very close.

This apartment is really great, we stayed 5 days. It is cheap, it is very clean, very well furnished with all the necessary amenities. The private terrace is a huge plus that made us have a great time. I'd recommend it without a second thought
