Our luxury villa with a sea view, an hour and a half away from Istanbul, offers a peaceful holiday with its fully detached and sheltered structure. There are pleasant areas such as a jacuzzi, heated pool, waterfall, barbecue and gazebo in the garden. You can also relax and relieve stress in our spa section with a Turkish bath, sauna and steam room. Our villa, which is in a quiet and calm location, is also a perfect option for special organizations with its elegant design; henna nights in the bath, birthday or marriage proposals by the pool, etc.

A special holiday on Marmara Island

Our place is in a bay with a separate beach outside the center. It is the top floor of a 3 storey house in the garden. There is one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa with a single bed and a double check yacht in the living room. Therefore, 3 people can stay comfortably. The small beach in the bay where the house is located is accessed by stairs and swim in the sea. Sea, sand and sunbathing are delightful. It is 15 minutes by walking to the center or 5-6 minutes by minibuses passing in front of the house.
