It is sufficient for all the needs of a family, has a 180-degree sea view, and a barbecue. It has the best view in Tekirdağ, a great view for the sunrise, air conditioning, and a boiler. The fireplace is active, and you can light it. It is very pleasant. Note: The price is for two people; there is a charge for additional guests and pets. The building has stairs; there is no elevator. Our house is a single-story 1+1 with a separate entrance. There's air conditioning, smart TV, washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, Turkish coffee maker, toaster, Nescafé machine, pots and pans, etc. It's 300 meters from the sea, the pool, and the beach. 50 meters to corporate stores such as Bim, Migros, A101, and Tedi. The bus, minibus, and taxi stop are in front of the house. Due to local laws, it is mandatory to obtain ID details from all guests and notify the gendarmerie.

Our house is a detached building in the center of Mürefte, there are 5 separate rooms, all of our rooms have a bathroom and WC in the room, our rooms have air conditioning, mini fridge and TV, it is a complete hotel room concept. 2 of our 5 rooms are 1+1 and there is a single bed in our small room outside the normal bedroom.
