Very lovely and cozy apartment in the center of Tbilisi. The apartment is located just 7 minutes uphill walk from Rustavelli Avenue, and therefore has a beautiful view of the whole city. About a 10-minute-walk to both central Metro stations-Liberty square and Rustaveli. Bus stop, Opera house, Rustaveli theater, Georgian national museum, Galleria Tbilisi - a big mall with cafes, restaurants, markets, shops and many more are in a walking distance.

This home was perfect for my six week stay. The bedroom, kitchen and living area were the perfect size and the rooftop was a bonus. The views and the outdoor space were gorgeous and added much joy to my stay. Tamar was the ideal host, always friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend this as a home for your stay in Tbilisi.

The bedroom features a spacious bed adorned with a geometric patterned bedspread. A large window, framed by white curtains, allows natural light to fill the room. An antique wardrobe and a plush teal sofa add to the room's character, complementing the teal walls.

We loved the apartment, high ceilings, beautiful furnishings, large windows, two bathrooms. it was a great place to come back to after exploring the city. I liked the neighborhood feel, close to Fabrika and a Japanese bakery. Levan was responsive!

Но это того стоит. Мы получили самые лучшие впечатления от этого места. Отдельное спасибо за помощь хозяина квартиры во всем. Все вопросы решались мгновенно. Лучший отдых в Тбилиси. И самая красивая квартира.

The place itself is cozy, clean, and beautifully designed. I especially loved the glass-ceiling bedroom where I could lie in bed and stargaze. The hot tub and sauna were great touches, and having a fireplace in the evening made everything feel even more special. The house has all the amenities you need, including a fully equipped kitchen and everything set up for a perfect BBQ—grill, tools, firewood, and a great outdoor seating area. If you’re looking for a quiet, comfortable getaway with jaw-dropping scenery, I highly recommend Hovk Farms. I’d go back in a heartbeat.
