Lækker og stilfuld 2-værelses lejlighed, med dobbeltseng og babycrib, samt 2X gulvmadresser. Lejligheden har alt hvad I skal bruge. Lyst og rummeligt med udsigt til kanalen. Sluseholmen er tæt på det meste. På 15 minutter med bus eller metro, er du på Rådhuspladsen/Tivoli. Med bil er der kun 5 min til Bella Center og kun 10 min til lufthavnen. Der er mulighed for både færgebus og metro fra lejligheden ind til centrum. Sluseholmen er en hyggelig lille by lidt uden for byen.

Denne særlige bolig ligger tæt på alt, hvilket gør det nemt at planlægge dit besøg. Med en placering lige ved vandet, tæt på restauranter og caféer vil du nyde dut ophold her. Havnebussen (stor gul båd) har afgang 5 min gang fra lejligheden, og den tager dig til at Københavns turistattraktioner. Der er gadeparkering som betales på timebasis men jeg kan tilbyde gæsteparkering på gaden til 50 kr/dag. Lejligheden er lys, ren og moderne og har en indbydende Martin stemning.

Lejlighed med fantastisk udsigt, gratis parkering

Sit back and relax in this luxurious and stylish residence. The apartment was newly renovated in 2023 and has a fantastic view of the harbor run in Copenhagen's harbor and is located in Sluseholmen, which is referred to as Copenhagen's Venice. A relatively new area with a nice atmosphere, close to shopping and easy access to Copenhagen C. The apartment has 2 large balconies, one of which has a view of the water.

Spacious Canal View Apartment

L’appartement est hyper confortable et très bien situé. Nous avions tous à disposition (machine à laver, lave vaisselle, bar, barbecue). La décoration de l’appartement est magnifique ainsi que la terrasse. Il fait bon vivre dans cet appartement. Stelios est très réactif et très arrangeant ce qui est rassurant pour les voyageurs. Je recommande sans hésitations. Cet appartement est très bien situé avec le métro à 10min à pieds qui nous relie à tout les endroits emblématique de Copenhague. Le métro est 100% automatique et passe toutes les 3 minutes. N’hésitez pas à réserver !

We booked this apartment as we were visiting our son who stays close by. So location was perfect with close proximity to public transport (metro, bus and boat) as well as supermarkets (Netto and Spar). Calm locality with access to city centre in lasd than 30 min. Apartment was spotless, well designed with all amenities as listed. Kitchen was well stocked as well, though we managed with groceries from Netto. Dominkya was responsive and her check in instructions were detailed and spot on. Highly recommended.

Geweldige accommodatie van alle gemakken voorzien. Waterbus letterlijk om de hoek die je in 30 minuten naar Nyhaven brengt. De metro is op 10 minuten lopen en de supermarkten om de hoek. Sofia reageert snel en we hebben met het dakterras genoten van mooie herfstdagen in een geweldige stad. Kortom aanrader!!

We were lucky to come back a second time to Guillaumes amazing apartment! It has the perfect location, is equipped with everything we needed and more and although our holidays were not going as planned due to illness, we had great days here and could even stay a bit longer thangs to Guillaumes flexibility and generosity! Thank you very very much!!

What can I say about Pernille and Benjamin? I absolutely loved their place - fantastic location, beautiful apartment, meticulous attention to detail. They were receptive, warm, friendly and really great hosts. They made my stay in Copenhagen so memorable. Looking forward to staying there again soon!

We had a lovely stay at Nikolaj, Michelles and Kais place. Nikolaj was super friendly and flexible, making sure we had all the information we need to have a comfortable stay :) the flat and the neighbourhood is beautiful and really easy to get to. Would stay there again (and probably will)!

Our family of three had a wonderful stay at Leo’s place. It had everything we needed to enjoy our downtime after a long day out and about in the city. It is close to two metro stations, both within a 10 minute walk, on a bus line, and near a harbor bus stop! It’s also near three grocery stores, which helped make cooking the occasional meal easy to do. For the adventurous, it’s also near a public bathing area for your morning or afternoon cold plunges. The main bedroom was very comfortable and the loft area had enough space for our 10 year old to have some privacy for himself. We had plenty of space! Wonderful stay and highly recommend.
