Lejligheden har 3 etager fordelt med køkken, stue, toilet og entre på 1. sal, 2 soveværelser og bad på 2. sal og en fantastisk tagterrasse på 3. sal med udsigt til husbåde og grønne omgivelser. Det er enkelt at komme rundt i byen med såvel Metro, vandbus og offentlig transport lige uden for døren. Indendørs P-plads kan tilkøbes. Du vil elske boligen og stedet.

Eksklusiv bolig med havneudsigt

Denne smukke nyrenoverede bolig ligger tæt på alt, hvilket gør det nemt at planlægge dit besøg. Sluseholmens mange restauranter, caféer, indkøbsmuligheder og stemningsfulde havnebade, gør at man næsten ikke har lyst til at forlade øen. Centrum er dog kun 5 minutter væk i metroen som ligger 200 meter fra lejligheden. Havnebussen som også er få hundrede meter væk, tager dig rundt i hele København, billigt og nemt. Der er gratis privat parkering og lufthavnen er kun 15 minutter herfra.

Sluseholmen er tæt på det meste. På 15 minutter med bus eller metro, er du på Rådhuspladsen/Tivoli. Med bil er der kun 5 min til Bella Center og kun 10 min til lufthavnen. Der er mulighed for både færgebus og metro fra lejligheden ind til centrum. Sluseholmen er en hyggelig lille by lidt uden for byen.
