The house is very nice, you just have to consider that the roosters don't stop making noise from very early, if you're a light sleeper that might bother you. The 2 rooms that share a bathroom are small and you have to go out into the garden to go to the shared bathroom. Sasha and Francisco's service is amazing, they are very friendly, the breakfast they offer on weekends is delicious and in general the place has very tasteful decoration. We had a great time! Very nice house directly at the beach. Great for big groups. Good communication by the host. The houses left and right are vacant. During Easter holiday there were a lot of people camping at the beach with loud music. The house is not secured to the beach and even the Mexican’s in our group didn’t feel very safe due to the not so nice neighborhood.

I could say it is one of the best spaces to stay in Colima. Adriana's stay is spacious and very comfortable. Everything you need to spend a couple of very pleasant days. The area is great, close to a starbucks, cinema, several squares… highly recommended!
