Built in the shade of walnut trees & a typical Bas-Dauphiné walnut dryer from 1744 (1 of 2 dryers in the region), our house "in the countryside" has everything to make you feel good and rested in any season.

It took us 1 year of work to restore all the charm to this (very) old stone building where we took up residence, and where we reserved an independent space to create, with love, the Gîte des Nines! Accessible by car , Grenoble city center is 15 min away and ski resorts is 45 min away The apartment consists of a very large living room, equipped with a stove and reversible air conditioning,a 160 cm TV, a kitchen equipped with American fridge,and a mezzanine, a real cocoon with views of the stars thanks to the velux.

Come and enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Aiguebelette. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool or hot tub as well as the outdoor wood-fired sauna and terraces. The accommodation, close to Exit 12 of A43. We are 49 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults, no children. We also have another rental on the property for 2 people with its private spa and lake view, it is a small house, it is also on airbnb.
