From the large window there is a view of the tenement's patio. Our place is just a 5 minute walk to the Presidential White House (the Belvedere) and the Royal Łazienki Park. So this makes it a quiet and safe neighborhood! The room has a spacious wardrobe, a coffee table and workplace. The apartment has been tastefully designed with great attention to detail. It is a unique place for special guests. ✔The lighting was specifically designed to allow guests to choose from a variety of illumination according to their appropriate mood. It creates that superb moment for working, having an evening drink after a long day or reading that addictive novel of yours in bed. The goal was to blend the art of time into a single space, combining the history “the old”, with modern necessities. You will also find a coffee area with a Nespresso coffeemaker and electric kettle, a refrigerator and freezer. The neighboring shopping mall has plenty of restaurants and cafes, while the nearby Green Royal Łazienki Park is where Chopin concerts are played. ✔There is a whole lot more to see in the area and everything is in walking distance. You may also choose public communication which is all around. ✔The closest bus stop is 35m, tram station is 60m, taxi point is in front of the main entrance. To the nearest metro station is 800m (12 min on foot). ✔There are bicycle rentals everywhere (closest across the street from the apartment building). There is another great mode of transportation in Warsaw, which is Uber-Taxi or ✔MyTaxi (taxi via App) and Traficar (car rental via App). ✔The electricity and water bill is included in the total rental price. ✔We will gladly assist you in purchase of commuter tickets and bicycle or car rentals.

Comfortable studio apartment near the park

A comfortable studio in a very good location. Right next to the tram stop, and at the back of the building, there is a pleasant Morskie Oko park. Everything you need is nearby: grocery stores, bakery, restaurants, bars, ATM, post office, drugstore, etc. Łazienki Królewskie is a 10-minute walk, and the Palace of Culture is 10 minutes by tram.
