I had a great stay once again. The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was easy and prompt. Will continue to stay with this host every time I’m in the area

Loyda was extremely responsive and helpful! Beds were very comfortable and pictures were representative of the place. It is about a mile from the train station so just be prepared to walk or take the bus if you want to transit into nyc!

10/10 Will be coming back if possible

The apartment was clean and comfortable. We stayed for three nights and found that getting to New York City was easy using Uber to travel to and from Penn Station and then taking the PATH rail system to the city. Getting to the apartment was very easy there was safe, secure off street parking. Thank you Kenneth for a great stay!

The kids had a blast and the adults were able to supervise but also enjoy peace and quiet while the kids played. Would come back.

Shelly and Abe are great hosts, communicative and nice. Their place is well maintained and has a nice rooftop perfect for the warm weather

We had an amazing day. I was able to do work peacefully and remotely with ease. Amazing local restaurants, and our host were so pleasant and amazing to speak with! They let us know what was in the surrounding areas as far as entertainment and food. Everything is new!I definitely will be doing all my future in New Jersey and New York stays here!

Donovon’s apartment was simply smashing. We discovered there are plenty of beautiful and unique places to visit in Brooklyn. Still lots left to visit next time. About ten minute walk to the closest subway. Thank you, Donovon, for all you do.

Clean home with all basic needs, in a quiet location close to the train and ferry. The only negative was that there was no TV or living room area in this home. This is a non issue if you plan to be outside more than inside.

It was a good place to stay. Close to NYC and Jersey city. The area was safe and peaceful. The condo building itself was nice. King was very accommodating to all of our requests including early checkin. There is one parking included and if you need extra then street parking is little difficult to get. Although there plenty on the same street. Regarding sleeping, There was a king bed and a queen bed. The extra bedding wasn’t very comfortable and that’s the only thing that could have been better. Overall pleasant stay, worth coming back.

We loved our stay in Helen’s apartment. Location - just far enough away from Times Square - but within walking distance. Lots of amenities close by. The apartment is so very comfortable.

We were so lucky to have such a perfect apartment while visiting New York. My elderly parents and I enjoyed every minute of our stay. Extremely relaxing, comfortable and peaceful. Easy access and just a few minutes walk to wonderful restaurants, transport. Will definitely be back.

Place was very nice and clean! Looked exactly like the pictures. Getting into the was very easy instructions were very clear! Parking was a little difficult but David did explain that prior to my visit other then that everything was great! I will be booking again when I’m coming back to the area

The place was very roomy great location and easy to find and was close to lots to do and not a bad drive at all to NY.. I will definitely take advantage of Liz’s hospitality and property again..

This was such a nice stay. It was a great stay because the space was more than enough to accommodate my wife and I along with our daughter, as well as my mother in law and sister in law. It was close to grocery shopping so we were able to cook for ourselves. Plus the train to take us to New York wa literally a half block away! This is where we:lol stay ANYTIME we come to the NYC area.

This home exceeded my expectations and the expectations of my friends. We were so in awe of the beauty and cleanliness of the home as well as the friendliness of our host. The refrigerator was filled with water, all the bathrooms had toiletries. It truly felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be coming back soon. I can't say enough good things about this home and our host.

Wow, what a delightful stay! Where to begin...from the gorgeous landscaping and patio, gurgling brook right along the property, to the pristine house and freshest smelling linens and towels, we had an absolutely marvelous time!! Stephania and Elimil have been the best hosts I have ever had! The friendliness and efficiency in their help has been in parallel to great hotels. The house is in a beautiful spot next to a park and river, yet with walking distance to super market and Westfield mall. The appliances all functioned great and updated with newest technologies. Clean and efficient house that made us feel like home. Area felt friendly and safe too.

Beautiful Airbnb! Very comfortable and pristine with amazing accommodations. Alex was very responsive with all questions I had. He also was able to accommodate me when I requested to have another day at Airbnb. Overall one of the best Airbnb’s that I’ve ever stayed at! 5 stars

My Family and I spend Christmas day at Ayo home. It was nice, clean and spacious. Nice quiet area. Ayo was easy to reach and helpful. I would stay at his home again

My family and I enjoyed a beautiful stay here. The location was very convenient. A 10 minute drive to the train station and a 30 minute drive to American dream Mall. The house was spacious and beautifully decorated in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely book this home in the future.

Karen’s place was exactly what we were looking for. Stayed a few days for a concert at MetLife, and had the easiest drive there and back. Really good restaurants nearby, as well as convenience stores/necessities. Neighborhood was very cute and extremely quiet. The space had everything we needed, plus so many comfy couches as beds. The showers had the highest water pressure I’ve ever experienced. Probably not the best place for small children because of the stairs and personal belongings. The basement is beautifully redone, and has very up to date gym equipment that I didn’t notice in the listing photos. I’d definitely recommend Karen’s place to anyone looking for a place near MetLife or just a quiet comfortable home.
