Absolutely beautiful studio that overlooks a valley filled with Kangaroos, Rabbits and plenty of birds. Driving into this property i was blown away by how gorgeous this place is in person. The studio gets plenty of sun, and is less than a 5 min walk away from Audrey Wilkinson. The location of the property is perfect, as it felt very private yet was so close to everything that Pokolbin had to offer! Sally was very responsive, making our check in & stay feel seamless. She also recommended some local eateries, and was very kind and welcoming. Genuinely can’t recommend this place enough, the whole experience was a 10/10 and i’m looking forward to coming here again. A great property to base yourself while in Shoal Bay. 10 minute walks into Shaol Bay, or to the beaches. To have Wreck beach 10 minute walk from your door is fantastic. Beds are extremely comfortable and the house was perfect for what we wanted. If we do get the opportunity to visit Shoal Bay again, we defiantly hope to stay here again.

We had a lovely family getaway at this beautiful home. The space itself is spacious, well-designed, and perfect for spending quality time together—especially with the pool and outdoor area, which have so much potential for relaxing and making memories. Although we encountered a few hiccups during our stay, the host was incredibly responsive and proactive in addressing them, which we really appreciated. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests' experience. With a bit more attention to detail, this property could be a standout holiday home. We’re grateful for the hospitality and would be happy to return in the future. Thank you again for hosting us!

It was an absolute pleasure to spend a weekend here. We had a lovely time just staying in and enjoying the beauty of the surrounding nature. The tennis courts were a great addition and we particularly enjoyed sitting out at the deck for all our meals. We also enjoyed the cozy fireplace in the evenings. We look forward to returning in the future.

We loved our Diamond Beach stay at Jenny’s place. As a family of six, the house provided so many activity options - pool, sauna, billiards, movies, music, pinball machine, table tennis, darts, board games. We did it all! There are also surfboards, body boards and fishing rods to make use of. The house is spacious and as per photos. There are also lots of chairs and nooks and crannies to sit down and read a book. The bedrooms are confortable and the main bed has a brand-new mattress which is fantastic. The view from the back deck is lovely, with generous glimpses of surf. Then 20 metres from the back fence is the beach itself, easily accessible via a private path. Local pizza and takeaway is excellent, as well as Hallidays Point Tavern hist a five-minute drive away. A highly recommended stay!

We had a lovely weekend family stay at Villa Blanca with lots of room for our family of 8!! Looking forward to going back when the weather is a bit warmer!

Our second stay at fabulous Seal way and we had the best time. Lucked out with some fine weather after all the heavy rain and even did some stargazing on the first night around the outdoor fire pit. The only bad thing about this house is that you have to leave !!!! We will be back for sure Thanks so much

This place was perfect! Super clean, comfy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was great, close to everything but still nice and quiet. Plenty of space for our group. The host was friendly and made everything easy. Would 100% stay here again.

Cute home in a beautiful location. The home is elevated up in the tree tops and right across the road from the lake. Had a very relaxing stay. Malia was quick to answer any questions we had.

Everlong is a lovely place that is nestled in a quiet street close to the beach, shops and local food options. The place is clean, cosy and has all the amenities that you could need. The kitchen has a great little coffee machine with pods provided, the bathrooms where modern, clean and the bath is awesome. Plus there were great laundry facilities. Lisa provided us with great options for local meals as we were from Perth and also help us with some flexibility on check-in due to us flying into Newcastle early on our check-in date. This was very helpful for a little nap. Overall we had a great time and when we return to the area, we would be looking to stay here again.

Tara’s home was beautiful and location breathtaking with its rolling hills and neighbour cows. It had all the amenities one would want for a dreamy weekend getaway, she had truly thought of everything. If I had to say one negative thing it would be the amount of bird poop on the veranda as well as all the outdoor furniture.

We absolutely loved our stay, and we'll be back! Nana was the best host you could ask for and the place is unreal - so peaceful and exactly what we needed.

Margaret's place was perfect. In my opinion, the photos don't do the house or the location/setting justice. Very private, as the house is set back from a no through dirt road, so we did not see anyone passing by the whole time we were there. Margaret was easy to communicate with, responsive, and helpful. We'll be definitely hope to stay again some time.

I had a great stay, James and Julia the place was fantastic, had everything I needed. The wood heater was definitely a stand out for me! It was ideally located also within a stones throw from the shops, cafe and most importantly the pub! Definitely recommend and I will be back!

We had a fantastic stay at Marcus and Helen's property. The decor is absolutely lovely—thoughtfully chosen and welcoming, creating a real home-away-from-home vibe. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked with everything we needed, including quality crockery and utensils. The furniture throughout the house was very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day out. On top of all that, the location was ideal—peaceful yet close to everything we wanted to see and do. Highly recommended!

Easily one of the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at. You can tell Adrian & Fiona really care about the guest experience, everything was thoughtfully arranged, from the amenities to the cozy touches around the space. The place was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. Check in was easy and the communication with the host was smooth. Thank you for such a lovely experience. We will be back!

Ryan’s property is absolutely stunning. The views are breathtaking and can be seen from every room of the house. The gas fire place was the perfect touch for our winter getaway. The pool was a delightful temperature and we made good use of it even on the coldest days, followed by the sauna! Beds were comfy and the house equipped with what we needed. We easily stayed in for a couple of days just to admire the views, wander around the property which has some interesting rock formations and birdlife. Highly recommend and we’d love to come back at some stage 🥰

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Anna's place and can't reccommend it high enough. Anna was super helpful and accomodating throughout our stay. The house has great internet connection and wifi and really does look as good as the pictures suggest. Check-in and out were seamless and Anna was always on-hand to answer any questions we had. I really can't rate this place high enough, will absolutely look forward to staying here again!
