MOST AMAZING CABIN!! Can't possibly say enough about how fantastic the hosts and property are. We would have been happy spending our entire vacation here. So close to the parks and "Mount Doom" and other LOTR locations -- the entire back side of the cabin is a view of "Mt Doom" and there's a LOTR Risk game!! Pool table was so fun to use. Bed was super comfy. Used the washer/dryer (laundry detergent, no dryer sheets) and dishwasher, bathrooms (remember to bring your own toiletries), kitchen -- all very well stocked with cooking utensils and basics (salt pepper oil - I think there was sugar/flour too?). There's plunger coffee maker. Appreciated the OJ and crumpets and scrumptious home made raspberry preserves. Hot tub on the back deck fantastic too. Deb and Dave so friendly and flexible with our schedule. You won't believe how private and secluded the cabin feels - perched up on top of the hill. We really hope to stay here again one day - LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE!!! BEST HOSTS!

We had the most wonderful relaxing stay here at Mick’s, it was serene and private with beautiful views of the hills and bush. The hot tub was to die for and I have had so many people asking me where this beautiful kitchen was! Lovely lovely stay, will definitely be back and a few of my friends are already planning to stay here hehe

Absolutely beautiful spacious “tiny home” in a gorgeous location! The hot tub with a view was so peaceful and so relaxing, especially with all the beautiful sounds of nature with it. So glad we came here!!

Beautiful cabin with stunning views of Mt Ruapehu. This cabin is absolutely gorgeous with special features throughout. A very well appointed kitchen and stunning bathroom complete the cabin. There is a lovely outside bath in which to star gaze! Will come back when I can stay longer - just lovely!

We had an amazing weekend cosied up in the cabin. So peaceful and relaxing with a perfect ambience of bird song, rain and the open fire! Exactly what we were looking for. Thanks Joanne 😊

Beautiful location and accomodation. The description/pictures were very accurate, and check-in instructions clear. The cabin was set up beautifully and even though we arrived with cold weather, it was very cozy and warm inside. Lots of ammenities to make a pleasant stay, and the highlight for us was absolutely the spa and night sky. Everything we needed was provided, and the birdsong/kiwi calls/bushland surrounding was stunning. Highly recommend for a getaway!

We had such a great, relaxing weekend at Christine’s place! Our one regret is we didn’t make use of the kayaks, so I guess we’ll have to come back again. Highly recommend this spot for a weekend in Raglan!

Tyson’s Waterfront Bach is located very close to the ferry ramp in Okiato. It has a lovely view across the water towards Opua and is well-appointed, delightful, peaceful and cosy. Access to the water is good, the drive to Russell takes only about ten minutes and there is a lovely, local but at times tricky, walk through native forest. Within minutes of arriving, we were relaxed and enjoying our stay. So it continued for 5 nights. We’d come again. Thank you John

We truly enjoyed our stay at Ecobach. On rainy days, I loved listening to music from the soundbar, preparing meals, and admiring the scenery outside—the rain, fog, and drifting clouds created such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I also really appreciated the thoughtful layout of the Bach, its solid structure, and the beautiful patterns on the ceiling.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hayloft; it was the perfect place to unwind & relax. The outdoor bath and bbq were a big hit and the kitchen was well stocked to allow us to cook a nice dinner each night. Our puppy had lots of fun running around the fenced property and exploring! Thank you!

A perfect place to switch off. Me and my partner agreed to turn off our phones and enjoy the peace and quiet. The outdoor bath was perfect in the cooler weather, and a great old school way to heat it. Loved waking up to the sound of nature and a later checkout was much appreciated.

An absolute gem. Rose has thought of every little thing to make your stay there is the most wonderful peaceful retreat. A very accommodating host, friendly and helpful, great communication. Kiwi lollies, jam and bread, so many little extras that made us smile. The outdoor bath then snuggled up by the fire with a game of cards.. This is the perfect little getaway. We absolutely loved it. This magical place was a surreal and peaceful experience for us … the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at and everything was perfect.. the cosy home was surrounded in nature, views of lake, outside fireplace and indoor, a spa, glow worms on a nature walk, birds and two happy ducks in the lake. The bed was amazing and kitchen with all your needs and more. So much silence and had the best time there we will definitely come again. Priceless

Really cosy place and a lovely location. Couldn't ask for more peace and quiet! The walks around the area are lovely, and the house itself had everything needed for a short stay. I was worried if we'd be cold overnight, but between the fire and the quality bedding, we had no issues keeping warm.

The property exceeded our expectations, the views were absolutely stunning and even better than the photos suggest. We encountered a minor issue with the hot water, but Michelle addressed it promptly, ensuring our comfort throughout the stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a memorable getaway. 10/10 would stay again!
