Listen for koalas grumbling at night and awaken to a chorus of bird calls. Walk the waterfront path thru the koala reserve to Poyers restaurant. Watch for dolphins taking a breath. Ideal for kayaking. There’s Tanilba Golf Course just down the road. Flathead fishing is best just before hightide, right out in front. Please clean fish in sink by boatshed

Beautiful apartment in a stunning location. Gavin is very friendly and provided some great suggesions for areas to explore in the local area. The Instructions for finding the property were very clear. Everything was very clean and functioning. Also really liked the undercover car park. The property is also walking distance to shops and restaurants. The Bouys in Nelson Bay is an amazing restaurant/cafe and very close to the property, absolutely incredible food. Overall, it was a great stay! 😄

Emily was a wonderful host, the house was very easy to find and get into, and the house was spotless and looked even better than the photos! The view was stunning and it was in a lovely area, close to the beach and restaurants. The house had everything you needed; a great shower, a washing machine, a nice kitchen and a comfy bed. Our stay at Bec & David's private suite was super cosy! The water views were amazing. There was a full moon while we were there which was super bright in the middle of the night and there were no curtains (privacy wasn't an issue, nobody could see in), but apart from that, it was lovely waking up to the views each morning. Kitchenette was great and tea, coffee & breakfast supplies were a great touch. Bec was also very responsive and helpful. It was a stress-free and comfortable getaway for us!

My mum, my brother and I had a great time at Karen’s self-check-in accommodation in Bobs Farm. My wife and I got married at the winery and restaurant Sunset + Vine a few km down the road from the place, and the place was perfect for our needs. Karen was an amazing responsive host, and even assisted with picking up my mother and brother at the end of the night after the ended celebration to ensure they got home safe. Would highly recommend.

I was so pleased to get to the unit and somehow immediately locked myself outside with the keys and my phone inside. Everyone I spoke to knew Heather and wanted to help and were happy to and she was so kind in getting the keys to help me inside, I was so embarrassed and grateful for the help. Lovely set up and just cute touches around the place. I’m not a golfer, but now I kind of want to be one. Seeing the kangaroos and the green and people enjoying themselves. Huge comfortable lounge and beds and great outdoor setup. I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook. It felt social, yet still secluded and that’s hard to do.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and don't want to leave this amazing place. Vicki is a very thoughtful and considerate host and have provided us with every possible amenities, supplies, games and much more, every occasion had been carefully thought through. The property was very clean, bright, cosy and welcoming with such beautiful views of the sun rises and sunsets. The games room is a major plus with the younger bunch! It literally is a home from home!
