With price everything is good. nice experience and room conditions just only 1 bad is reception man he don't know abt welcome drink coupons give to guest so i just paid 2 coce. next day other girl reception she are care me welcome drink so i feel better. when i have feel free i can back this hotel again.

Great place. Perfect location. The bed is good and the room clean. You do need to pack eat plugs as the street is LOUD!

The place was clean & fits the pictures & descriptions. Some things to note: You'll hear some street noise from the room & our couch had some dirty spots on it, but with that said for the price you'll definetly get your moneys worth! We had a great time staying here & it's a pretty chill neighbourhood compared to the rest of Hanoi✌🏼

Amazing location. Very comfortable room. Got fresh towels delivered after the second day. I also messaged the hosts about 100 times with questions and they always responded straight away and in such a friendly manner. Would recommend 1000% and am looking forward to coming back as soon as possible.

This place is a great deal for the price. It is very clean, has nice updated furniture and is perfect for one person or a couple. We originally were a bit sad we were not in a front-facing unit because we like bright spaces (the window of this unit faces the side of another building) but this ended up being a blessing because we were able to get away from the noise of Hanoi and sleep well. The WiFi worked well and the towels were changed a few times which was nice. The host was very attentive, accommodating, and a pleasure to speak with. We only had a slight issue with entering since the gate was down when we got there at night. The gates (common in Hanoi apartment buildings on main streets) was a little unnerving but we quickly got used to it so it was fine. I would definitely recommend this place if you're budget conscious but want to be in a good accommodation that is close to Old Quarter but not right in it.

Place was nice and just like the photos. Very clean. There is a water fountain on the first floor too. Host was responsive and helpful. The location that was given was a a little off when I put it into Grab so I just ended up searching up the beauty store next to the front door and found it!

What can I say - my wife and I liked this stay so much that we stayed here a second time as we passed back through Hanoi. Yes - we have stayed here twice now! The things that stand out to us when booking again is that the space is a good value of price, mixed with a great accommodation. The neighborhood is quiet, the unit is quiet, there aren’t any strange smells, there is plenty of space to lay out your bags, and the bed is comfortable. Communication with the host is easy as well. If I could share any cons, it is the same the mentioned in my previous review - the actual location of the building is a little challenging to find due to major construction happening in the road to the north of the neighborhood. Besides this, this Airbnb is a great value for the space and we would book again.

I would recommend anyone visiting Hanoi to stay in this apartment. I came as a Solo traveller and the communication with the host was perfect, and very responsive. I was able to check into the room earlier than expected which was a plus! Very clean and in a great neighbourhood, lots close by and not super busy. I especially liked the view from the balcony. I would rate this place more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you again 💕

Had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! All the hosts are so sweet, kind and caring! And Linh always replies super fast!! They were all very helpful and the apartment is very cozy and pretty! they have free filtered water on the first floor and free laundry machines and dryer! Super convenient and would stay again! ❤️

That is our sweet experience in Ha Noi . Our apartment located on the top floor with a beautiful view of the west lake and the floating house on the lake. We have full facilities, including a kitchen for cooking. drinking coffee and watching the sunset in the garden next door is also a great experience you should try

I booked this property last minute and quite late at night (after being bombed by others’ properties). That said, the host responded very quickly and saved the day. The room was a bit small, but really clean and lovely. Strongly recommend!

Love this place so much! I booked on the day of arrival having been let down at the last minute by the host of my original booking elsewhere in Tay Ho. The booing was accepted immediately and great communication was had to arrange my arrival in a few hours. The room was brand new, so clean and beautiful. I went for the cheap room as it was what i needed for the short stay but the hosts let me use the washing machine in the apartment opposite on my floor and that looked amazing so next I will definitely book one of those. The family that run the building are so lovely and helpful. Their service was outstanding. If you want to stay near the Westlake then this is perfect. And if you do stay here, go to the rooftop garden on the 7th floor... the view is awesome!
