On arrival we look forward to welcoming you with a breakfast pack which includes locally made muesli / granola, organic milk, free range eggs, a loaf of bread and spreads. Guest are able to let themselves in as the apartment has coded entry. Access and contact details will be provided prior to arrival. A short easy stroll to either the beautiful Milford or Castor Bay beaches. Dining or shopping is also nearby at the Milford shopping precinct. Our space is great for travellers who enjoy wineries, cafes, beaches, walks, a boutique cinema, Matakana market on Saturdays, Morris and James pottery and the variety of places to visit and explore within easy distance. Nearby is the ferry for a day at Kawau Island. The downstairs studio is private but we are close by and pleased to help and chat if you choose. Warkworth has large grocery stores and shopping but we have an adequate shopping centre and local pub within walking distance.

A private and peaceful Hot Tub area is available for your use. "Southwind" is a small rural property surrounded by farmland and other lifestyle blocks. We are 15 mins drive on sealed roads to amenities in both Mangawhai and Wellsford, 8 mins to the Te Arai surf beach turnoff and 12 minutes to the Te Arai Links course.
