Charming house on the peninsula of Eiderstedt. Suitable for families and couples (sleeps 6). Perched in one of the most beautiful in the region. Not far to the North Sea and the swimming spot Evershopsiel. The house has a floor area of about 50 square meters. The second floor is just as large, but of course the sloping roof has to be taken off here. At the moment, there are the 3G regulation due to corona. In my house you should feel comfortable. During the renovation in 2022, I followed the modern country house style. Wooden floorboards on both levels, fireplace in the large living/dining area, and a natural stone countertop in the kitchen create a special, natural atmosphere. Large windows guarantee light-filled rooms at any time of the day. The play room impresses the children with numerous toys including a swing. The bathroom has a modern walk-in shower.

Our "large" is 100sqm, located on the 1st floor of the birthplace of Friedrich von Esmarch. The heart of the apartment is the open kitchen next to the seating area that you end up in the spacious living room. Through the entrance hall you enter the small bedroom. The main wing connects the shower room, with double vanity and rain shower with the exceptionally large bedroom. The whole flat is equipped with white floorboards. So: have a nice time!!

Lovingly and thoughtfully, we have created a fantastic apartment on 70 sqm for 2 ( to 4) people on 2 levels - on the light-flooded upper floor is the sleeping area. Please note that the only door is the bathroom door- the rest is open. We have tried to build as sustainably, ecologically and high-quality as possible - the paints are from chalk age, the water-based paints.
