The Kingfisher

Fully renovated and equipped fisherman's house for up to 4 people, located on the banks of the Loir with exceptional views and direct access to the river. Calm but not isolated with the villages of Bazouges and Cré sur le Loir at 1 min and the town of La Flèche and its famous Zoo at 10 min only. Calm and change of scenery guaranteed! Apartment located in the center of Noyen-sur-Sarthe in a quiet alley overlooking the Sarthe River that can accommodate up to 4 people. Close to shops (bakery, butcher, pharmacy, restaurants, bar, supermarket...). The accommodation is 25 minutes from Le Flèche Zoo, 30 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit and 20 minutes from the Bailleul toll. The major cities nearby are Le Mans 30 minutes, Angers and Laval 50 minutes.

The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.

We offer you a quiet and pleasant, independent and recently restored accommodation, within our farm. You will have a living room with a 90 bed, a small kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor and a large mezzanine-bedroom (1 bed 140 1 bed 90 cm). The accommodation is located in the courtyard of our manor, rebuilt at the end of the 16th century. Guests can enjoy our swimming pool (between May and September).

House with independent access equipped for 4 people located at the exit of the village and in a dead-end road. Easy access from the A11 highway. 7 km from La Suze sur Sarthe. Simplify your life in this peaceful, central home between Le Mans and Sablé sur Sarthe. It is an independent house but we are neighbors. You can take your morning walk by the communal path.
