This is an ocean view room on the sea side of the Gem base in Suma building. (Room No.1) During the summer beach season (July and August), the beach house and the BBQ restaurant next door will be open, so it will be lively until around 9 pm. Because the railroad is near, you will hear the sound of the train. Parking is not available on-site, so please use the pay parking lots nearby. The second floor is the main accommodation room, and the first floor is a large free space (with a sofa bed) that can be used freely. It can be used by a wide range of people, from couples and friends to families with small children and business travelers. You can also enjoy a BBQ on the large grass terrace facing the sea on the premises ♪ (Please use the electric griddle hot plate and extension cord provided in the room. Our house is located in Kishiwada, a neighbourhood in Osaka Prefecture, where you can experience an authentic local atmosphere with small restaurants and izakayas. Just a 3-minute walk from the train station. Hop off your train and step outside the station in just a few steps, completely stair-free. The train passes close enough to see from the front of our house, yet far enough that you won’t hear a single sound.
