On the ground floor there is a cafe where you can enjoy morning pastries and coffee. Free street parking nearby, paid parking next to the house. The apartment is perfect for couples, as well as a nice place to stay if you want to work.

Cozy cottage

Our lovely house is located in Ülejõe, in the immediate vicinity of Lodjakoda and Emajõe alley, where it is picturesque to walk. This is our own home, which we open for a longer trip. It's especially nice for a family to stay here, but I think everyone will feel comfortable and cozy here. With a high-quality projector and sound system, it's nice to have movie nights, and the table is the perfect size for board games. It's also nice to spend more time with a smaller group.

The house is situated 2 km outside Tartu in a picturesque location with the view to the woods and surrounded by 2064m² of lawn. You can enjoy barbeque, go to sauna, swim in the pond, listen to good music with your own pleasant company. There is plenty of room for free parking. Decent discgolf course is in the backyard!
