Quite large duplex dwelling in well-kept urbanization. Perfect location for beach and city. (1´ walking to the beach and 1´to the historical center and main avenue as well as from the port to organize excursions to Morocco, diving centers, rental of surfing equipment...). Takeaway food establishment just below, all kinds of restaurants within walking distance. We have a travel cot.
