Brand new apartment. In the bedroom is a double bed, in the living room is a pull-out sofa. Perfect for 1 or 2 people. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from downtown. The area around the house is a safe, parking fee-free zone. The hospital is 6 minutes on foot, but the city center is easily accessible on foot, comfortably 15 minutes. My place is a 9th floor apartment with a good atmosphere and a balcony with a great view. Nearby shopping / TESCO, Lidl, etc.../ are within reach, and delicious pastries can be purchased from the bakery opposite for breakfast. The apartment can be easily accessed by elevator, small-large, old and young. If you'd like to spend a few days in an affordable, pleasant place - you've found the right place.
