This newly built stone house with amazing pool was added by the owners to their existing house, situated in a large olive garden in the beautiful countryside overlooking the Messinian Sea. Blending perfectly with the traditional mani style, tastefully selected furniture and fabrics were used to decorate this special home. Amazing views to the mountains and the sea, completed by a roof top terrace for relaxing sun sets you will find plenty of space and privacy for a perfect holiday experience.

An outdoor table is set with a rustic wooden surface, featuring a decorative lantern in soft mint green. A plate with fresh halved passion fruits and lemons is placed alongside another plate with assorted tropical fruits, creating a welcoming atmosphere for dining.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Takis house. Takis and his family are fantastic hosts and made us feel very welcome! They gave us brilliant suggestions for beaches, restaurants and even took us on a boat trip! The kitchen is well equipped. The indoors is beautiful, it is maybe slightly smaller than it looks on the photos but the outdoors space is fantastic and we loved the garden, terrace, bbq area and roof terrace. We would love to visit again!

Appartamento bello con parcheggio. Ci è piaciuto molto l'ampio soggiorno arredato in stile come dalle foto e con bella terrazza con vista sui tetti e la baia dove poter mangiare fuori. Buona posizione per raggiungere in 5' a piedi la spiaggia, ristoranti e negozi. Zona tranquilla

Ho scelto la casa di Marwan un po' di getto, attratto dall'architettura della casa e dallo stile delle camere, oltre che dalla vista, che spazia su tutta la baia di Founikounta: è stata un'ottima intuizione! Immersa nel verde, silenziosa, accogliente, con tutte le comodità, che non ti aspetteresti mai di trovare lontano da casa tua. Marwan ci ha fatto sentire a nostro agio in tutte le circostanze, consigliandomi le migliori cose da fare, a Founikounta e nei dintorni. È stato un soggiorno bellissimo che consiglio senza dubbi, grazie Marwan per averci permesso di vivere questa esperienza

Konstantinos’ family home was fantastic, in a very peaceful village, a 10-minute drive from Pylos and Methoni. Konstantinos himself was super accommodating and communicative, and answered all of our questions about the area. Would definitely pick again as our Airbnb when in the area.

Η Μαριλίτα ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη και προσιτή! Άμεσα διαθέσιμη οποία στιγμή και να θέλαμε! Διακριτική και δεν μας ενόχλησε καθόλου! Το σπίτι ήταν άψογο! Τα πάντα καινούργια! Πολύ λειτουργικό και επειδή είναι πέτρινο έχει πολύ δροσιά και καθόλου υγρασία σε σχέση με την πόλη! Πήγαινες παντού με τα πόδια! Μαγαζιά παραλία όλα σε αποστάσεις πέντε λεπτών! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

The apartment is extremely comfortable and very well located. It has been recently renovated to a very high standard both inside and out. The kitchen and bathroom are modern and superbly fitted out. The whole place was immaculately clean with good quality bed linen and towels. We loved the shady outside terrace and there is also a sunny sitting area. The neighbourhood is very quiet and friendly yet just a few minutes walk from the beach or the shops and restaurants. We would certainly stay here again. Parking is easy too.
