Beautiful apartment in Fumba! The apartment is not only clean, but also very well arranged, which makes it particularly pleasant to live in. A big thank you to Larissa for her warm welcome, availability and valuable advice throughout my stay. She also organized several activities for me, which really enriched my experience there. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to have a great stay in Fumba!

If you're looking for a place which isn't too far from the beach, town and is very close to great places to eat or a mart, this is the place for you. Oh and let's not forget about the pool and gym. This place has everything. Loved it. Definitely coming back

Beautiful place, I enjoyed staying here during my vacation with family. My boys enjoyed the ocean breeze from their bedroom window, the swimming pool and the quick access to the beach. Lars was always a text away to jump in when we needed instructions. Thank you! We will recommend to friends.

I had a fantastic one-day stay in this 2-bedroom apartment! It was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. The location was perfect for my needs, and I really appreciated having the extra room to relax. Highly recommend it for anyone needing a short-term rental!

Olivia's place is well maintained (looks exactly like the photos) and is overseen by a very attentive/consistent housekeeper. This is my second stay at her property. She continues to be very attentive to her guests and tries to work with them to ensure their needs/preferences are met. She has decorated the unit well so that it feels like a home. The building's exterior was being painted so hopefully this new facelift will make it more appealing/attractive. It is a safe building in a secure neighbourhood. There is construction happening right across the street which could be challenging for guests that work from home full-time.

We loved staying at Gimstone's place. It's located in one of the safest neighborhoods in Dar es Salaam. We felt right at home right away. The building has great amenities, and it's a great community for children. It's also close to schools, beaches, malls, hospitals, and all things you need for a comfortable long term stay. We stayed for several months and loved our stay. Any issue we encountered was resolved once we brought it up. Will be staying here again when in Dar es Salaam.

I had a great stay that was only intended for 2 days, however I needed up extending it 3 more days because how great it was. Breakfast as part of the package is the first for me, I loved it. You can’t beat the hospitality of the host, I can’t say enough enough about the caring, communication and suggestion of things around the area I long to be back again.

Absolutely loved our stay here, the home was exactly like the photos if not better, we were welcomed with them most helpful, hands on, amazing staff. The location as well was perfect right on the beach and close to everywhere in Jambiani, would recommend this place if you are planning to come to Zanzibar !!

We brought a large group to stay at Prisca's place for two weeks. Prisca was very communicative and extremely accommodating. She purchased additional mattresses, sheets, and towels for our group. She purchased a water dispenser for us when we requested one. There were some problems in the house during our stay (which is common in Tanzania), but her local staff were quick to help us. The house is massive and can accommodate a lot of people and has A/Cs and water heaters throughout. The kitchen is big but not particularly well stocked; we needed to buy a bunch of our own utensils in order to properly cook for so many people. The location is pretty far north of Dar, but it was worth it for the great price and Prisca's great service.

Our stay was smooth and enjoyable. The house was exceptionally clean, and communication was consistent, with regular updates on our arrival time. Ms. Sofia, the caretaker, was outstanding—her attention to detail and prompt responses truly made our experience peaceful and stress-free. The house was fully equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including reliable internet and functional appliances. The property also offers 24/7 security and on-call cleaning services, which added to our peace of mind. Among all the places we've stayed in Arusha, Bulk Apartments stands out as the best. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. All rooms are ensuite, which added to the convenience and comfort.

The place was amazing as described in the photos. The host was amazing and very helpful. The place is near the main road and easy to find. The place was meticulously clean. And the house has all the amenities of a 4 star hotel.
