This old barn has been transformed into an architectural experience through modern expansion. Over 250 square meters, two living areas, three enclosed bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub. There is also a sauna. Suitable for up to two families or three couples. The location: village edge overlooking the fields, the circular village of Trabuhn in beautiful Wendland. In the village there is a riding stable with flexible riding opportunities for guests, including children. Swimming opportunities in Arendsee and Gartow.

The special thing about this house is the building materials. Only natural building materials such as wood, clay, lime, brick, hemp lime insulation and lime terrazzo floors were used. Spacious semi-detached house with the owner's house right next door. A total of about 80-90 m² of living space. Two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed and a crib/cot. It can accommodate up to 5 adults and 1 child. Shared use of the courtyard & garden is always possible. Wi-Fi and two LCD TVs are provided. Excursions to the Harz are very close. The house is situated in a traffic-calmed cul-de-sac. It can also be used for fitters/business stays.

Shot office

Where the shot ammunition produced in the tower was once stored and sold, we have expanded a 30-year-old vacant ruin with natural building materials and an inspired mix of old and new to our spacious Tangermünde favorite house. Five double rooms, a huge eat-in kitchen and two bathrooms await you. Three of the rooms also have an internal toilet and shower, sitting tub or sink.

Guest apartment on the Heilandhof

It is a very nice individual apartment. Very quiet location on the edge of the village. The outdoor area with fireplace and barbecue is special. Also nice is the experience of our small herd of goats, as well as the 6 cats and the pair of geese. Thus, it is also an experience for the children.
