This ground floor studio is located in a converted warehouse within the city walls. It was converted in 2018 so the interior is in great order and the exterior looks onto water views. With a 5 minute walk to the main historic area/main shopping area and a 2 minute walk to major supermarkets, the studio is well connected. Wifi included. Located a short drive away from the city, you're close enough to explore the sights of York from the iconic York Minster, to the beautiful Shambles. There is free street parking right in front of the property.

Set back in a quiet cul-de-sac away from the main road which is on the bus route into the city centre/station. Backing onto St Nicks Nature Reserve and Environment Centre. Comfy king size bed, open plan kitchen / living room with a sofa bed, private parking space. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers and families (with kids). Tea and coffee available. No TV or microwave.
