The first time I book on the app that I have an extremely good experience from the place to the host is extremely enthusiastic and thoughtful, the space is airy, clean, fully furnished,near aeon supermarket is convenient for my living shopping, in general book this apartment is too satisfied,hope everyone will have a good experience like me

Was looking for a place near the airport for one night's sleep, took the smallest room they offered, and all was just great. Easy check-in, nice coffee shop on the 1st floor, cool quiet bar on the rooftop, and peaceful and quiet room. They also accept late checkouts for a really reasonable price. Only be aware of one thing: the place is in a small alley, and even a car can come in without a problem, as they did when Grab dropped me off from the airport, some Grab taxis canceled me on checkout because they were complaining about driving into the small alley. So maybe better to ask for host help when booking a taxi to the airport so they can speak to the driver and explain everything in Vietnamese if you don't speak the language.

Very local neighborhood away from the over crowded and touristy spots in Saigon!

Hue was really kind and accepted us as guests at the really last minute. He was helpful, giving instructions and He responded in time. His house was clean and felt like home. It was really comfortable and spacious. We liked everything it was a good experience overall and thank you for the opportunity. I can bravely recommend staying here!

Very beautiful apartment in a new mega property complex. The furnishings were brand new and designed nicely. We had everything we needed and more. The area is fairly new, plenty of family residents with kids here with less than half of the shops still empty. It’s very peaceful in the development that we decided to move into the building next door. The pools are so nice to enjoy every morning! We stayed here during a visit to my family that live in the area. There aren’t many decent hotels as it’s not considered a tourist area so this was a great option. The host was very responsive throughout the trip.

Overall July was a great host and took care of me. The place was accurately described. Very clean and bright. When I messaged her for support, she was responsive and took care of me. Appreciate her very much. I would book with her again.

Communication with Yolande was good from the time we booked the apartment to the time we checked out. Yolande was very quick to respond to our messages and I felt sure if we had had any queries she would have been very helpful as she was keen to ensure we enjoyed our visit.

Stayed here a little over 2 weeks. I was quite satisfied. Nguyen was very good at communicating and even let me check in a bit earlier as an exception which I am grateful for. The room was fine, with a queen bed, giant TV with Netflix, kitchen and bathroom Really liked the access to the pool, the gym. Also very close to the airport and easy to get to main District 1 by taxi.

We waited a bit for Thang before checking in, then everything went smoothly, he gave us the electronic keys, was always in touch, answered typical tourist questions and didn't bother us at all. He is a very friendly landlord. The apartment itself is a little more "shabby" than in the photos, nevertheless it was cozy and comfortable to live there. The apartment was equipped with all the necessary towels and a free swimming pool where it is pleasant to spend time on. The apartment was quiet, however keep in mind that this is a very noisy area of Ho Chi Minh City, the balcony /pool is very noisy! Our overall experience is positive! Approximately 4.7-4.8/5. It's still not cheap, but it's well located and matched the price. Like!

I had a great stay. The unit was clean, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as described. The supermarket connected to the building through the ground floor is very convenient. Communication with Mrs Chi was excellent- she responded so quickly all the time. Great family stay.
