Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Tân Bình

We moved from 04 to 02 because we had 2 toddlers. there is private outside balcony with little garden and bath (our kids enjoyed it). Room is spacious (living room and bedroom) we utilized kitchen everyday to cook to children. if you don't want cook you can just use grab and they deliver any food to the entrance door. we spent in total 20 days here. I guess that says a lot...

This was a very easy and affordable place for my wife and I. It's in the Korean populated area, so lots of great KBBQ and other Korean restaurants within walking distance (3-5 minutes). We also went to a few different massage places, also within walking distance. The host was very responsive - they even helped me find my water bottle! The only issue I had, which wasn't a big deal for us but wanted to mention since it's super hot in HCMC, was that the AC wasn't strong enough. During the day it would get up to 24C in our room with AC on high. We were out during the day for the most part so really did not affect our stay negatively. It did take a full day to cool down our room after we first checked in. Appreciate the service and clean room!

We loved our stay at the place, and not to mention to our lovely host! She was courteous and helpful even when we had trouble to keep our rented scooter in the garage! Would definitely highly recommend this stay if you guys want a quaint stay right in the heart of Saigon!

We were a little surprised at first by this small alley and this atypical accommodation different from the others, but also very quickly got used to it. The accommodation was clean, well-equipped and in a good location and communication with the host went well.

Great place to stay! Close to many things and not a far walk from main shopping areas. Home was comfortable and great for our family. Would definitely stay here again!

Nguyen is very nice as a host, he was available all the time, he agreed to check-in very early in the morning (around 5am) and he kept in touch with us all the time. The accommodation is very clean from the airport, only 20/25mn walk, it is large and spacious, clean and well decorated, its 2 bedrooms were more than enough to welcome us and allow us to rest during a stopover at the airport.

Beautiful, squeaky clean, and modern 1-bedroom apartment with free access to the gym and pool. It’s conveniently located within walking distance of several supermarkets and right next door to a 7-Eleven. The host was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in two hours early. I’d love to stay here again—highly recommended!

5 month stay and it felt like my own little home. The location cannot be beaten with the price. Walking to the gym, restaurants, convenience store, salon, or grocery store is very doable. The cherry on top is getting a free coffee in the morning from friendly staff.

Clean and easy to access. Peter is an excellent host. I liked the piano and the television which was good quality for a service of this price, amenities nearby, no noise. I'll be back!!

Host gave detailed instructions on how to check in. Good information interaction. Lovely apartment, clean, full facilities. It is possible to park a car in the building basement (affordable). Near the whole house there is convenient store and space to walk exercise. I will definitely come back when I come to Ho Chi Minh city.

We booked Ahn's apartment as the location was very convenient for early morning flight. Lovely clean and comfortable apartment with good air-conditioning and TV. Enjoyed wandering the area. Park and restaurants close by, and a mini mart and cafe at the complex. Thanks Ahn. Most appreciated.

I had a very pleasant stay at the apartment in Sky Center Phổ Quang. The place was clean, fully equipped, and conveniently located near the airport and many local restaurants. The host was friendly and helpful. I was happy with everything and would definitely come back again!

Originally, I plan to stay at Anh's apartment for one week. The place was excellent, then I extend two more times, and eventually I stayed there for 3 weeks. The location is very good, very convenient, with very complete amenities in unit. Anh is a superhost, very friendly and sincere, always responded within minutes. I will stay at Anh's apartment again when I go to Saigon next time.
